Corn

The report showed that 22% of the corn is silking by July 9, 2023  (up from 8% last week).  This compares to the 5-year average of 21% and 14% as of July 9, 2022.

The report showed that 3% of the corn is at dough stage by July 9, 2023 (up from nil% last week).  This compares to the 5-year average of 2% and 2% as of July 9, 2022.

The report showed that 55% of the corn is rated good to excellent (up from 53% last week).  This compares to 63% last year.

Soybeans

The report showed that 39% of the soybeans are blooming by July 9, 2023 (up from 24% last week).  This compares to the 5-year average of 35% and 30% as of July 9, 2022.

The report showed that 10% of the soybeans are setting pods by July 9, 2023 (up from 4% last week).  This compares to the 5-year average of 7% and 6% as of July 9, 2022.

The report showed that 51% of the soybeans are rated good to excellent (up from 03% last week).  This compares to 62% last year.

Wheat

The report showed that 46% of the winter wheat is harvested by July 9, 2023 (up from 37% last week).  The compares to the 5-year average of 59% and 62% last year.
