Larry Ross leads the Ross Group Wealth Advisors. He began his career in 1989 and joined BMO Nesbitt Burns (formerly Burns Fry) in 1992. Since the age of 23, Larry has helped people to enhance and enjoy their wealth, in life and in retirement. He has deep experience in putting together all aspects of one’s wealth picture. He has earned the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), and Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA) designations. He is also a Life Insurance Advisor at BMO Nesbitt Burns Financial Services Inc.
Larry graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Western University and a Master of Business Administration from York University. This background gave Larry a methodical, analytical and consistently disciplined approach to managing assets and executing strategy.
Larry is writing a book to share insights he has learned from his clients over his three decades in wealth management. Larry and his wife Suzanne have two sons, Jamie and Noah. Larry stays fit with running, Pilates and Eldoa and enjoys golf and playing guitar. He and his family have been active in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Canada’s Annual JDRF Ride and JDRF fundraising and mentoring programs for the past two decades.
Georgia has more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry. She joined BMO Nesbitt Burns and became part of our team in 2002. With a strong work ethic, an eagle eye for detail and a personal commitment to providing the highest level of client service, Georgia is our clients’ primary liaison for inquiries about account maintenance, document management, banking services and tax-related matters. In addition to keeping our team organized and efficient, she executes trades and research tasks. Georgia has made great strides in improving our team’s client service and administrative procedures.
Prior to joining BMO, Georgia was an Administrator with Knight, Bain, Seath and Holbrook Capital Management, a prestigious investment counsel boutique, and a Senior Account Administrator with CIBC Mellon Global Securities, a pension administrator.
Georgia holds two degrees from York University – a Bachelor of Administrative Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In her spare time, Georgia formerly volunteered at the school where her two children were enrolled. She and her family enjoy travelling, spending time outdoors and opening their home as a hospitality hub for entertaining their large family and circle of friends.
Prior to joining the Ross Group Wealth Advisors, Vai was a Financial Planner at Meridian Credit Union and a Financial Advisor at TD Canada Trust. Through her experience, Vai discovered her passion for investing and providing exceptional client service. Vai enjoys helping clients achieve their goals.
Vai graduated with a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook Course and Personal Financial Planner courses.
Outside of the office, you can find Vai weight training, reading and tending to her many houseplants.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Vitaliia enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and camping.”
Prior to joining the Ross Group Wealth Advisors, Noah built his career in business and brand management at General Mills, where he successfully led the Liberté Greek yogurt business in Canada. Now, as a third-generation wealth management professional, he is thrilled to be part of a team committed to helping clients reach their personal and financial goals.
Noah earned his Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University, where his passion for personal finance first took root. He has since completed the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct & Practices Handbook.
Outside of work, Noah is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Type 1 Diabetes by accomplishing challenging physical feats. He also enjoys hockey, golf, music, and reading books.
