Staying in touch with you and your family is very important to us. There will always be questions on your mind, and we will provide answers promptly. Below are some of the services our wealth group utilizes to keep you well-informed:

Portfolio Reviews


We establish a personalized review schedule with you to determine your portfolio review frequency. These reviews can be accommodated through video, phone calls or face to face meetings and are designed to keep you informed on account performance and our current investment strategy. These regularly scheduled reviews also keep us informed on what is happening in your life and ensure the opportunity to discuss what is on your mind.

Face to Face meetings


When possible, we try to meet with you in-person at least once a year. This meeting focuses on discussing investment strategy and making updates to the Wealth Plan should there be any material changes. These meetings are an essential part of our client service commitment

Virtual Office


The virtual office allows us to stay in touch with each other from any location globally. We utilize Microsoft Teams for video calls, virtual presentations and digital document signing to personalize each meeting as if we met face to face.

Online Access


The BMO Nesbitt Burns Gateway system keeps you informed with the ability to view portfolio balances and investment details on a 15 minute delay from real time quotes. Monthly statements, tax receipts, and investment research published by BMO Capital Markets are also available through this service. You are also able to view and adjust the Wealth Plan we have created in your Gateway account. If you are a BMO banking client, you can also link your banking products to your Gateway login. 
 

Daily Email


We offer each client a daily email compiled and written by Jack Sutton himself. These emails contain a collection of daily research pieces and articles from both external and internal strategists and analysts. These emails focus on investment discipline, current markets, and news/research on current positions we hold in our investment strategy. 

Statements


Our clients receive monthly or quarterly statements providing balances, and a summary of any transactions and income received within their investment accounts. 

Phone


We encourage our clients to reach out with any questions or concerns at any time. As a team of six we strive to answer each call that occurs during business hours.
