Jason brings a high level of energy and more than 25 years of experience to his clientele in the Brockville and Kingston areas and has a genuine desire to help them manage their wealth effectively. His diligent analysis and disciplined approach keep him informed on all relevant issues affecting his clients’ financial success.

While earning his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Jason was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 1997 and has since obtained his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Personal Financial Planner (PFP®) designations conferred by the Canadian Securities Institute.

Jason grew up in the beautiful Thousand Islands area and still resides here with his wife Tiffany. Their daughter is away attending university. Together Jason and Tiffany love to travel the world, golf, and enjoy fine and exotic food.

Michele Starkey

Senior Investment Associate

An industrious worker, Michele Starkey has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry in Canada and the United Kingdom. She manages our team’s administrative hub and back office and assists clients with many of their day-to-day needs.

Michele’s financial career began with National Westminster Bank at the age of 17. She worked her way up to Mortgage Advisor and then worked in sales and marketing for the bank’s branches and completed their training program. Michele then moved to Abbey Life as a pension review analyst, investigating advisory integrity.

Michele came to Canada in 2002, began working for the Canada Revenue Agency, and joined BMO in 2003 as a Financial Services Manager in Ottawa. After working with two other major Canadian banks, she joined BMO Harris Bank in Kingston as a Private Banker, assisting ultra-affluent clients with the complex challenges that accompany serious wealth, both in banking and planning. Michele joined The Dailey Investment Group at BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2013.

Michele has completed the Canadian Securities, Conduct and Practices Handbook and Wealth Management Essentials courses with the Canadian Securities Institute and at one time held her life insurance license. In her spare time Michele is a sharp observer of politics and enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and her two English Cocker Spaniels and a Heinz 57 from Mexico. Michele takes every chance to travel back to the UK to visit family.
