Nairy has worked in customer service for about ten years. In 2021, she joined the BMO team. She began her career in the call centre and later at BMO Commercial Bank before becoming François-Étienne Levesque's assistant at BMO Nesbitt Burns.
Navigating in several BMO divisions has allowed her to learn about the company's varied workings and services, as well as the specific needs of clients for whom she provides outstanding customer service.
She is a polyglot who speaks four languages and has a Bachelor of Translation degree from Concordia University. She has been playing the violin since the age of six, and she is a member of an Armenian folk dancing group.
