Following a proven, structured process
 

  1. First, we listen to and understand your needs. Before making recommendations, we need a clear picture of your vision and objectives for the future, the level of commitment you have to these goals, and the things that weigh on your mind. 
     
  2. Next, we ask you to prioritize your short- and long-term needs as you see them and, together, we will document the resources you currently have at your disposal. 
     
  3. We then present concepts to assist you in understanding how, together, we can bridge the gap between where you are now and where you would like to be. 
     
  4. We develop short-and long-term strategies to put you on track to achieving your goals and have you commit to the strategies that we feel will best meet your needs. 
     
  5. Together, we reach a consensus on specific solutions under each strategy, which will ultimately involve allocating ongoing financial and human resources. 
     
  6. Next, we implement the agreed-upon plan and will continue to regularly monitor the entire plan and evaluate its progress to ensure that you are on target to meeting your individual goals. 
     
  7. We check in with you every three months to report on your progress and get updated on any changes that may have occurred in your life or priorities.
