Our Team

Mark is an experienced Investment Advisor having begun his career in the financial services industry in 2000. He graduated with an Honours degree in Commerce and achieved the CFP® designation. Mark has a passion for life-long learning and has achieved the Certified Investment Manager (CIM) Designation.

Mark and his wife Lisa have lived in the Newmarket/Aurora area their entire lives and are grateful to be raising their daughter and son in the community. Some of Mark's other passions are soccer, skiing, and watching his kids enjoying their sports and other activities.

Gilbert joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2018 with prior industry experience at various financial services companies. He is experienced in trading financial derivatives along with mainstream financial products, and has advised on health and life insurance needs of clients. Gilbert’s earlier experience included various engineering consultancies and government operations, in Europe and North America. At BMO Nesbitt Burns, Gilbert is essential to caring for the day-to-day servicing of our client’s wealth needs as a Senior Client Service Associate.

When not in the office, Gilbert prefers to enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking, camping, fishing, and cycling.
