We specialise in income producing investments with room to grow. We are looking at ways to invest in the US growing confidence, staying in sectors for which the product has not had to re-invent itself in tumult of the past while. We are looking at Industrial Real Estate. A REIT.

WPT is a Canadian REIT that focused exclusively on US industrial real estate, and primarily on warehouse and distribution properties.
