We specialise in income producing investments with room to grow. We are looking at ways to invest in the US growing confidence, staying in sectors for which the product has not had to re-invent itself in tumult of the past while. We are looking at Industrial Real Estate. A REIT.
WPT is a Canadian REIT that focused exclusively on US industrial real estate, and primarily on warehouse and distribution properties.
We are looking here, at an opportunity to capitalise on the recovering US economy and the growing confidence of US businesses. For as purchasing levels grow, so does the demand for industrial warehousing and distribution. WPT primarily owns and operates warehouse and retail distribution centres, exclusively in the US, through a real estate investment trust (REIT) under the laws of Ontario.
