Brad is the founder and senior member of The Goldhar Group and focuses on portfolio management, research and client service. He is a Senior Vice-President, Senior Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager of BMO Nesbitt Burns.
Brad joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2002 after a 17 year career in investment banking in Toronto and London, England. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Managing Director with HSBC Securities with responsibility for corporate clients in the media and telecom sectors. He started his business career in 1985 at Wood Gundy (now CIBC World Markets) and during that tenure his focus was on corporate finance, debt and equity capital markets, Eurobond debt origination and privatizations.

Community involvement is very important to Brad and was the International President of the Board of Trustees of the Israel Cancer Research Fund - the first Canadian to hold that position in the non-profit organization’s history. He also interviews local high school students who have applied to the University of Pennsylvania and is thrilled when they are accepted.
Brad is married to Nathalie, a successful real estate representative and they have a son and daughter and a dog that gets way too much attention. He continues to play hockey, is an avid traveller and a rotisserie baseball enthusiast.
