Weekly "Focus" and Bookings

A popular website and app that I use to book hotels when I travel is Bookings.com, one of the businesses within Booking Holdings. The company operates several other businesses including OpenTable, my main go-to to book restaurants in Toronto or in other cities when I am travelling. So far this year, the shares of the company (BKNG, with a market value of US$180 billion) have advanced more than 13%, surpassing the broader US stock market, now up approx. 2% in 2025 (i).

 

Talking of bookings, our team is starting to roll out a new feature in our emails where you can book meetings directly with our group without the typical back and forth of trying to find a convenient date and time. You will begin to see a link as the part of our email signature: Click Here to Book a Meeting, that provides options on dates/times, type of meeting and a spot to include any additional info that would be helpful to know in advance. So 21^st century of us!
