Phillip Rogers

Senior Wealth Advisor & Portfolio Manager

My role is to lead and support our group in building and managing our client relationships. We take pride in the service we provide, strive to continue to improve and broaden our offerings and most importantly satisfy your expectations. I have been working in the investment industry since 1995. I joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in August of 1999. My commitment to learn and implement new skills to the benefit of our clients' continues to be my first priority. In the summer of 2012, I achieved the designation of Associate Portfolio Manager. I focus on servicing my clients needs through a net worth analysis approach to building solutions. On another note, my wife, Liz, and I relocated to Bridgewater in 1998 and have enjoyed raising our two children on the South Shore. Originally from Halifax, I am a graduate of Saint Mary's University. We are active in the community through our support and coaching of youth sport. Outside of that I try to squeeze in some hockey or running myself.

Norman Bagnald

Associate Portfolio Manager

My work history has been focused on financial roles in business and government. After graduating from Dalhousie University, I joined the Department of Finance in Ottawa in 1975 where I spent five years before returning to Nova Scotia to work in the private sector including 15 years with Focal Technologies in Dartmouth. This prior work experience combined with a focus on continuous learning help me in developing financial plans and investment strategies for our clients. I joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2005 and my role in our team allows me to apply my strong interest in business, the economy and financial markets to the benefit of our clients. Being able to do this while working in a client-focused team committed to high standards and integrity is highly rewarding. My wife and I moved to the South Shore after raising our three children in the Halifax area. We enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and community spirit here and are active volunteers. Our children still reside in Nova Scotia which means we are able to spend time regularly with them and our grandchildren.
