Andrew Craik loves working with all kinds of people and has been building strong advisory relationships since 1991. He builds comfort and trust, gets to know people’s personal and business lives very thoroughly, and enjoys many referrals from clients who’ve had positive experiences. Andrew has a thorough understanding of strategic investing and a wealth of hands-on experience in this ever-evolving industry. He aims to be your go-to for all kinds of financial advice – if you are buying a house, vacation property or car, getting a loan, or considering other decisions, his door is open. Before joining our predecessor firm, Nesbitt Thompson, in 1992, Andrew previously worked with another bank from the big 5. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and maintains strong ties to the city and the province. Andrew holds the Personal Financial Planning (PFP®) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. For almost 20 years, Andrew has volunteered for Team Canada Healing Hands since its inception in 2003, which provides rehabilitation education, training and care in needy areas of the world. He has been their Treasurer and has served on missions to Haiti. Andrew stays active as an avid runner who also enjoys cross country and downhill skiing, playing hockey with his sons Simon and Benjamin, and cycling. He lends an extra set of hands for his son’s football and hockey teams and is a long time supporter of the Fredericton Playhouse. Andrew resides with his wife Deborah and their two boys in the Mactaquac woods overlooking the Saint John River. The family loves boating, swimming off the dock, and travelling.
