Having arrived in Toronto in 1988 from South Africa, I am privileged to call Toronto my home. With a background in investor relations, I'm known for my sharp listening skills resulting in delivering customized solutions. I live a healthy and disciplined lifestyle. 

John believes his practice's clients' interests are best served by taking a diversified approach to investing and employing the principles of dollar cost-averaging. We work closely with our clients to formulate customized investment strategies designed to improve portfolio returns, while keeping risk at acceptable levels. As a Client Service Associate, Devanshi is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the team as it relates to the entire document management and workflow process. Working across numerous disciplines,

Devanshi recognizes that time is of the essence in all the team. She excels in ensuring the administrative aspects of the John Sacke Wealth Management Team keeps pace with its speed an agility. Whether it be transfers, beneficiary changes, daily banking needs, client liaison or the plethora of required process to ensure smooth client interactions. Devanshi prides herself on service excellence at every step of the way.

Prior to joining The John Sacke Wealth Management Team at BMO Bank of Montreal, Devanshi served as a client officer at CIBC whereas part of the client service team, was responsible for providing a full suite of administrative support to the company’s client nationwide. There Devanshi honed her administrative skills, so much in demand by the business today.

When Devanshi is not heads down in ensuring the team’s smooth operations and administration, she can be found playing competitive badminton or finger painting – two interesting pastimes. Devanshi graduated from the University of Ahmedabad in India with her Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Accounting.

Before joining BMO, Olivia was a senior tax manager at a boutique public account firm in Toronto. Her specialty is on tax planning and corporate restructuring with focus on Canadian owner managed business. She has led multiple merger & acquisition deals and achieved significant tax savings for her clients.

Olivia is also specialized in trust and estate planning. She has been involved in numerous complex estate and trust transactions and assisted her clients from both legal and tax perspectives.

Before joining public practice, Olivia also worked as a tax auditor at Canada Revenue Agency.

In her spare time, she loves travel and discovering new restaurants. Olivia is also fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.

Drawing on a decade of tax accounting experience, his clients benefit from a depth of informed insight and the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable strategies. Specializing in Canadian corporations and entrepreneurs, Dante offers guidance on tax structuring, estate planning, exit strategies and tax-efficient wealth transfer, creating tailored solutions for a diverse group of clients.

Dante joined BMO Wealth Management in 2015 from global professional services firm Deloitte LLP, where he worked for 10 years in progressively senior roles, managing and executing detailed reviews of complex corporate, personal, partnership and trust tax compliance and planning engagements.

Karen joined BMO Wealth Management in 2011, following progressively senior roles in the financial services industry, specializing in wealth planning, marketing and communications, and business development. In her previous role, she worked as a Vice President for a private investment counsel firm where she provided high net worth clients with comprehensive wealth planning and investment counselling services.

Jonathan Moras

Jonathan Morse, LL.B, LL.M, TEP

Director, Estate Planning

Jonathan works with high-net-worth clients to devise estate solutions that are right for them. He identifies concerns and helps clients navigate legal and non-legal issues to ideally avoid future estate disputes. Jonathan’s clients benefit from his insights and ability to put them at ease during an otherwise challenging conversation. He analyses facts with a good grasp of the details and overall risk factors. Jonathan helps clients to achieve their goals with practical estate and tax plan strategies. He enjoys working with individual clients as well as speaking with larger groups about the overall themes in estate planning. He is an effective and engaging communicator.

As a Director of Wealth Planning, Jonathan focuses on Estate & Trust matters. He joined the BMO in August 2015 after five years in private practice as a lawyer and another five years with a national trust company. While in private practice, Jonathan worked as an associate at an estate litigation firm. Before law school, he wrote speeches for a federal cabinet minister.
