David Parsons

David Parsons is a Senior Wealth Advisor and Portfolio Manager for BMO Nesbitt Burns.  David has been in the investment industry for over 20 years, and manages over $1 billion of wealth for High Net Worth families, Ultra High Net Worth families, Business Owners, and Government Agencies.

Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, David worked for another large Bank owned firm in both Toronto and New York. There he gained a specialized knowledge of both local and international markets, institutional client needs, and innovative investment solutions.

David and his team focus on providing a full range of customized solutions and services to meet the unique needs of their clients through a convenient "one stop shop” philosophy.

David has taken the Canadian Securities Course, Conduct & Practices Handbook Course, Derivatives Fundamentals Course, Options Licensing Course, Professional Financial Planners Course, Branch Manager Course, Options Supervisors Course, Partners Directors & Senior Officers Course, Investment Management Techniques Course, Portfolio Management Techniques, Chartered Investment Manager Designation (CIM), Life License Qualifications Program (LLQP), and BMO’s Wealth Advisory Program.

Jennifer Huycke, CIM, PFP

Jennifer Huycke is an Senior Wealth Associate for The Parsons Group.  She has been with BMO Nesbitt Burns for over 13 years, and in the industry for over 17 years.

Jennifer is responsible for ensuring the Group’s daily operations and processes function efficiently and effectively, thereby ensuring we provide exceptional client service to our clients.  She specializes in client reviews, portfolio recommendations, and financial planning. 

Jennifer has taken the Canadian Securities Course, Conduct & Practices Handbook Course, Derivatives Fundamentals Course, Options Licensing Course, Life License Qualifications Program (LLQP), Professional Financial Planners Course, Wealth Management Essentials, Advanced Investment Strategies, Portfolio Management Techniques, Chartered Investment Manager Designation (CIM), Financial Planning Supplement, Applied Financial Planning Certification, and the Personal Financial Planner Designation (PFP).

Radka Hasenohrlova

Wealth Associate (Senior)

Radka joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in September 2006. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Wealth Management Essentials course and brings a wealth of experience in providing first-class service and seamless execution which is essential to the team’s ability to deliver a superior offering. Radka specializes in client reviews and portfolio recommendations and provides trading support to the team in equities, fixed income, and mutual funds

Brian Slessor

Senior Investment Advisor

Brian Slessor leads the team and has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Educated in both Canada and the US, Brian is known for consistent investment performance during all economic environments.


Brian started his career in 1985 at a private Investment firm of one of Canada’s wealthiest families. He has worked on Wall Street for one of the world’s largest Bond trading organizations.


In 1990, he joined Scotia McLeod as retail Investment Executive and was in 1995 awarded the J Gordon Weir Award in recognition of outstanding service to clients.


In 2002 Brian joined TD Waterhouse Canada as a senior Investment Advisor and received A Recognition of excellence from the firm in 2008.
In 2010 Brian was privileged to move his practice BMO Nesbitt Burns, where he is backed up by a platform that includes Best in class investment research.


Brian is able to offer options trading to clients and is also a Life Insurance Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns Financial Services Inc.
He currently resides in Toronto and enjoys all sports and spending time at his cottage in Muskoka.

Sheldon Tweyman

Senior Investment Associate

Sheldon has worked for BMO Nesbitt Burns since 2001, during this time he has completed courses related to securities and options. Sheldon is excellent at resolving any kind of account queries or questions from clients while being the lead contact for municipality administration needs.

Uzair Awan

Client Service Associate

Uzair joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2019 giving him a depth of knowledge and understanding of investment instruments, retail banking, Registered and non-registered products helps in assisting clients with complicated transactions. He prides himself on delivering exceptional client experience, ensuring that requests are handled most diligently.

Neha Joshi

Client Service Assistant

Neha joined the Parsons Group in 2023 as our Client Service Assistant and will oversee the overall operations of our business. She is responsible for the Team’s calendar (scheduling client calls and reviews), facilitating contributions (TFSA, RRSP, and RESP), preparing and sending tax packages, etc. She would be an excellent starting point if you’re unsure who to direct your question or query to, as she will be able to assist you or direct you accordingly.
