Fraser Chapman
Senior Investment Advisor
Fraser specializes in advising business owners and individuals with managing their personal and corporate wealth enabling client’s to pursue their long-term financial goals.
He is a graduate in business from Wilfrid Laurier University. After Convocation, Fraser took two years and traveled the world as a professional downhill skiing coach. He spent time in New Zealand and Europe coaching skiers from 10 year-old beginners to elite World Cup athletes. After traveling Fraser returned home in 1998 to start not just his wealth management practice, but his family as well. Fraser and his wife Christie have two daughters (Sadie age 10 & Tiggy age 9) as well as a son (Sullivan age 6). Fraser and his family enjoy their winter weekends at the Osler Bluff Ski Club were all 5 family members are active in the racing program as well as the summer months up on Lake Rosseau where water sports and bike riding fills their days. Each summer Fraser takes his bicycle to a new corner of the earth to ride it in support of Camp Oochigeas and the Children’s Cancer Community having fundraised $743,000 over the last 12 years. This summer he plans to ride his bike from Toronto to Montreal in one day.
Kyle Watters, CIM
Investment Advisor
Kyle Watters has been with Bank of Montreal’s Private Wealth Management division since 2010 and is part of the Wealth Management team working with High Net Worth and Affluent families to achieve their financial goals. Kyle specializes in creating customized portfolios and holistic wealth planning to meet the unique needs of each client and their families and works with his clients through their wealth journey so they can navigate the challenges of building and preserving capital in today’s increasingly complex market place.
Kyle started his career in Private Wealth Management with BMO Private Investment Counsel in Ottawa and then moved his family to Toronto in 2014 to expand his career in the big city. After many years working in the Private Investment Counsel, Kyle joined BMO Nesbitt Burns and provides a highly personalized wealth offering to his clients.
Kyle graduated with Highest Honours from Carleton University with a Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree with a Specialization in Finance. Kyle is also in pursuit of the tedious Chartered Financial Analyst Designation (CFA) and is a Level III Candidate.
In Kyle’s spare time, you can find him on the water working on his surfing skills or planning his next travel destination around the world.
Austin Clapham
Client Service Associate
Austin Clapham has been with BMO Nesbitt Burns since 2019 working closely with the Chapman/Watters team on an intern basis. In 2021 Austin graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelors of Commerce Degree with a Minor in Economics and joined the Chapman/Watters team on a full-time basis. He is a vital and valued partner of the team whose area of responsibility is focused on providing excellent customer service and support while being tasked with running the administrative side of the practice in a highly efficient manner.
In Austin’s spare time, he coaches two minor league local hockey teams and gives back to his community in many ways. Austin is an avid golfer, downhill skier, and hockey player.
David Reinick
Private Banker
As a Private Banker at BMO Private Wealth, David advises professionals, business owners, and executives on banking, lending, and cash flow management to help them reach their business and personal financial objectives while devoting more time to the activities they value most.
David joined Private wealth in 2022 after 9 years in banking, most recently as a branch manager. With a deep network in the bank, David draws on the right expert, bringing timely and exceptional resolutions to any need. He is an avid outdoorsman and curler, enjoying time on a hike or in the outdoors with his wife and two kids.

Jason currently lives in Toronto with his wife Carley, and in his spare time enjoys golf, tennis, skiing and traveling to personally unexplored destinations.

Andy Guidi, CPA, CA
Director, Tax Planning
Andy is a dedicated professional helping people preserve and grow their wealth. With an expertise in Canadian income tax, Andy assists clients on business structures, succession and estate planning, owner- manager remuneration, corporate reorganizations, the appropriate use of trusts and holding companies, asset divestitures, business split-ups and a variety of other tax planning strategies.
Drawing on public practice experience, he offers a depth of practical insight, as well as the unique ability to translate complex tax concepts into efficient strategies clients can easily comprehend.
Andy joined BMO Wealth Management in 2014, after filling progressively senior management roles in the domestic tax practice of Grant Thornton LLP, where he developed and implemented tax planning strategies for business owners and high net worth individuals.
Dante Rossi, CPA, CA, CFP®

Dante advises high net worth business owners and families on specialized Tax & Estate solutions aimed at maximizing their wealth, as part of an integrated wealth planning team. Drawing on a decade of tax accounting experience, his clients benefit from a depth of informed insight and the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable strategies. Specializing in Canadian corporations and entrepreneurs, Dante offers guidance on tax structuring, estate planning, exit strategies and tax-efficient wealth transfer, creating tailored solutions for a diverse group of clients.
Dante joined BMO Wealth Management in 2015 from global professional services firm Deloitte LLP, where he worked for 10 years in progressively senior roles, managing and executing detailed reviews of complex corporate, personal, partnership and trust tax compliance and planning engagements.
Douglas Porter
Chief Economist, BMO Capital Markets
Douglas Porter has over 25 years of experience analyzing global economies and financial markets. As Chief Economist at BMO Financial Group, he oversees the macroeconomic and financial market forecasts and co-authors the firm’s weekly flagship publication, Focus. Mr. Porter manages the team that won the prestigious Lawrence Klein award for forecast accuracy of the U.S. economy, and was named by Bloomberg as top Canadian forecaster.
As a respected commentator on economic and financial trends, he is regularly quoted in the national press and often interviewed on radio and television.
Before joining BMO, Mr. Porter held the positions of Economist and Country Risk Analyst with other Canadian financial institutions, and also worked at the Bank of Canada.
Mr. Porter has been a member of C.D. Howe’s Monetary Policy Council since 2008 and serves on the Investment Management Committees of the Bank of Montreal’s Pension Fund Society and Western’s Endowment Fund. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Toronto Financial Services Alliance.
Mr. Porter, CFA, earned a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
