Advising all generations of your family

Intergenerational planning is the focus of my business. I love working with the whole family – the parents, children and even grandparents – in fact, I have a very special rapport with seniors.

Many of my clients are self-starters who own family businesses, most often in agriculture. In many cases, the children have taken over the operation from their first-generation immigrant parents. Having grown up on a farm as the daughter of immigrants, I can relate to the challenges they face and financial solutions they need.

Who is important to you? Our conversations will start with this question because whoever matters to you matters to me. Your loved ones are an integral part of your life and wealth planning as well as your estate, as we must name your Powers of Attorney (POAs), heirs and beneficiaries.

I am proud that many of my clients refer me to their family and friends. It is very rewarding to help young people start saving and investing, find the right mortgage for their first house, set up their own company, start RESPs for their children, and begin investing early to reap the exponential rewards of a long time horizon.

What is important to you? This is the next question I will ask. All my advice and decisions will be based on your goals and I will keep your interests front and centre in everything I do. Without your life and financial goals as our benchmarks, your money is nothing but numbers on a page.
