Siân Canavan is passionate about helping others. Drawn to the Wealth Management industry as her career was starting, she has channeled that passion into multiple roles that have informed her deep appreciation for the expertise that Wealth Management professionals bring to the table, and the incredible value they bring to the clients that they serve. Siân is focused on continually raising the bar in how professionals in the Wealth Management space are able to make a positive impact in their client’s lives, and is a champion for change, always looking to understand how new technologies, and advancements in the industry can have a positive affect on practices, services, and operations. As a CFA charterholder, Siân is committed to the maintaining the highest standard of ethics and compliance.

As Vice President and Market Leader in Midtown Toronto, Siân is proud to be leading a team of purpose driven BMO Private Wealth professionals, who have a commitment to a team approach and a comprehensive offering for clients. Siân brings to the role over 15 years of Wealth Management experience, her career having spanned leadership roles in Multi-Asset Advisory, Investment Practice Management Consulting, Investment Advisory branch leadership, heading an online investment platform, and regional leadership with a top-tier Investment Counselling firm.

Sandra Kovacevic helps to lead BMO Private Wealth's Toronto Midtown team with a distinctive blend of entrepreneurial insight and personal passion. Her leadership approach centres on delivering the BMO Client Promise through collaborative excellence and strategic guidance. As a former business founder, Sandra brings invaluable practice management support to wealth professionals navigating today's complex financial landscape. She excels at helping advisors develop client acquisition strategies, strengthen relationships, and connect with partners across BMO's integrated platform.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sandra is committed to community engagement, serving as a former Captain of the BMO Walk So Kids Can Talk and Ambassador for our BMO Employee Giving Campaign. A resident of Etobicoke, she enjoys working out, skiing, hiking, and socializing with family and friends. Fluent in Croatian and Bosnian, she maintains strong connections to her heritage, including renovating her family home on Croatia's Adriatic Coast and frequently visiting family across Europe, as well as being an avid world traveller.

Blair has had a distinguished career at BMO, where he has worked for over 15 years. Since January 2021, he has been the Manager of Operations and Support, leading a dedicated team that provides essential support to sales professionals in the Banking, Investment Management, and Trust line of business. Blair is committed to community involvement and is passionate about supporting various charitable organizations. He will be the market champion for the upcoming National Tree Planting Days, continuing to support causes that align with BMO Financial Group’s values.
