With over 35 years of experience in the securities industry, Stéphane has consistently been one of BMO Nesbitt Burns' leading Investment Advisor, not only for the size of assets under management but also for their growth over the years. Stéphane manages the St-Germain Group, a multidisciplinary team that he created in order to offer a complete and integrated retirement solution to all of his clients. Stéphane has acquired a solid experience through both good and bad markets and distinguishes himself with the quality and expertise of his advice in terms of wealth management, integrating investment, fiscal and estate strategies for a personalized retirement solution. Stéphane holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from l'Université du Québec

Catherine is responsible for the portfolio analysis of the St-Germain Group’s clientele and works closely with Stephane to prepare investment propositions as well as periodical portfolio reviews. She relies on her 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to make investment recommendations, prepare financial plans and monitor the integrity of the clients' portfolio on a continuous basis. Catherine used to be Vice President, Capital Markets, with Merrill Lynch Canada. She started her career with Merrill Lynch in New York. For a number of years, she has assisted corporations and governments issuing fixed income securities worldwide from many locations, namely New York, London, Toronto and Montreal. Catherine holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in International Business and Finance from l'École des Hautes Études Commerciales

Yogini contributes to investment proposals, financial plans, and portfolio reviews for clients within the St Germain Group.

Graduated with Honours in Finance and Law and currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Sherbrooke, Yogini also holds several specialized CSI certifications. In addition, with over ten years of extensive experience at BMO; particularly in management and operational strategy, compliance, and discount brokerage—Yogini has successfully guided numerous clients through financial decisions, including during periods of significant market volatility. Empathetic and attentive, Yogini places clients’ needs at the heart of her approach. She strives to make financial concepts more accessible and to guide clients toward tailored solutions.

Dominic supports his clients in understanding economic issues, building investment portfolios, and developing a strong, sustainable financial foundation. He helps them define clear financial objectives, then construct and monitor tailored portfolios to achieve those goals. His role also includes business development within the St-Germain Group.

With over ten years of experience at the Bank of Montreal, Dominic began his career in 2015 as a Financial Services Manager, advising clients on financing, banking services, and investment solutions. He studied Commercial Sciences at the University of Ottawa and is currently completing the final course leading to the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. Active in his community, Dominic serves on the Board of Directors of the Fondation du Centre Hospitalier de Granby (CHG). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his partner Claudie and their three children, as well as engaging in various sports and staying active between family activities — including hockey, dance, and gymnastics.

Josée assists members of the St-Germain Group in all administrative aspects of their business. She is responsible for the daily administration of our clients' accounts and of deposits, withdrawals and transfers between financial institutions. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course and is registered to excecute unsollicitated trades for our clients. With over 30 years of experience with BMO Financial Group, she is an asset for our team and clientele.
