Sean Trueland has more than 35 years of experience in financial services and is a Senior Portfolio Manager, Senior Investment Advisor, Senior Wealth Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns. His belief in continual learning has resulted in many industry courses and designations: Wealth Advisor, Professional Financial Planner and Portfolio Manager, which is awarded to a select few advisors in Canada. Sean’s true talent is finding appropriate financial solutions to fit each client’s circumstances and goals. He is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Geology.

Pam excels at transforming complexity into actionable strategies, delivering proven results with reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness, while infusing every client interaction with warmth, directness, and a sense of fun.

Pam’s journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, instilling a deep appreciation for growth, stewardship, and long-term vision. She later earned her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, strengthening her commitment to guiding individuals toward financial security and well-being.

Outside of her professional life, Pam is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, pickleball, cycling, and exploring the natural beauty of Thornbury, Ontario, where she resides with her husband. She frequently visits British Columbia to spend time with her two sons, especially during winter ski trips.

Leif has been working closely with business owners and their families for the better part of two decades, building a reputation for trust and strategic insight. Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, Leif worked in the firm’s Commercial Banking and Global Asset Management divisions, gaining invaluable perspective while working in both the Vancouver and Toronto markets.

He holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and brings an extensive background in complex financial structures, positioning him well to offer affluent individuals and their families highly customized wealth management solutions and comprehensive tax planning tailored to their unique goals.

A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Leif is deeply committed to philanthropy and actively serves on the board of directors for both the National Service Dogs Charity and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Waterloo region. Outside of the office, Leif enjoys spending quality time with family and his beloved chocolate Labrador, Cello. He can often be found at a local hockey rink or on the golf course.

Lindsay Rowe

Lindsay Rowe, CIM®, CFP

Investment Advisor

Lindsay is a Collingwood native with over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. Lindsay works closely with clients and their families to design personalized strategies focused on preserving wealth, managing risk, enhancing income, and achieving long‑term goals. She is known for listening carefully and connecting clients with the right expertise through BMO Nesbitt Burns’ many services.

She holds Securities and Insurance licenses and earned an Economics degree from Western University. Lindsay began her career in 2002, working closely with Investment Advisors across Canada and the U.S. Before becoming a licensed Investment Advisor in 2022, Lindsay was a Practice Consultant, partnering with leading financial institutions to help advisors build, grow, and adapt their practices. This background shaped her disciplined, practical, and client‑focused approach.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys women’s hockey, running, yoga, community involvement, and time with her daughter.

Andrea is a Senior Client Service Associate with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with BMO Nesbitt Burns. Andrea supports all aspects of client administration and plays an essential role in delivering a consistent and high‑quality client experience to clients.

Andrea is responsible for account administration, documentation, and ongoing service support. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability. Andrea helps ensure operational efficiency while supporting strong, long‑term client relationships. Andrea is a big part of what keeps the day-to-day running efficiently for the team.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys quiet moments out on the dock with a coffee and a good book.

Brina is a licensed Investment Associate who proudly calls the Collingwood area home. She joined Trueland Wealth Advisors in 2023, bringing with her three years of experience at BMO Financial Group. Since joining the team, Brina has completed the required licensing to become a Registered Representative, further strengthening her ability to support clients with confidence and care.

Brina earned her undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she studied Communication Studies and Women & Gender Studies. Brina’s responsibilities include preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting investment research, and providing day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless client experience. Brina is passionate about helping clients feel informed, supported, and comfortable as they work toward their financial goals.

Outside of the office, Brina enjoys discovering new destinations, supporting local initiatives, and making the most of everything Collingwood has to offer.
