Meet Our Team

Ron has almost 50 years’ experience in the investment industry and is our team’s most senior advisor. He joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2000 and officially teamed up with his sons Robert and Marco to form the Dell’Anno Group in 2010. Ron shares all our private client wealth planning and investment management responsibilities with Marco. Working together, the Dell’Annos have established a strong reputation in the City of Vaughan and the community of Woodbridge.

Ron’s former experience in commercial lending, mortgage lending and private banking enables him to have much fuller conversations with clients. This knowledge makes both sides of our service offering more meaningful for people.

Ron has lived in Woodbridge with his wife for several decades, where he has been actively involved in the community. He enjoys hunting and getting out into the great outdoors with his sons.

Robert joined BMO in 2005 and teamed up with his father Ron and his brother Marco to form the Dell’Anno Group in 2010. Since 2005, he has focused on advising and managing assets for leading condominium management companies. Robert has built a strong reputation in the condominium management community by understanding each condominium corporation’s needs, addressing their asset management requirements in a stress-free manner and offering astute advice along with treasury services.

Robert graduated from York University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Away from the office, he and his wife are kept busy raising their two young sons. Robert likes to play golf and also really enjoys BBQing – he is developing a following as a Texas-style gourmet BBQ enthusiast.

Marco is a client-focused investment professional who shares responsibility for all our team’s private client wealth planning and investment management with our senior advisor, Ron Dell’Anno. He advises clients on investing, retirement planning, financial planning, portfolio building, estate planning, tax planning, wealth management and reserve fund management.

In 2004, Marco graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University and in 2012, joined BMO Nesbitt Burns, which is now BMO Private Wealth.

Married with two young boys, Marco loves to spend his personal time with his family and friends, especially on the golf course.

Jackie is the backbone of our team. She joined our predecessor firm, Burns Fry, in 1992 and became part of the Dell’Anno Group in 2015. As the primary client liaison for the Dell’Anno Group, Jackie brings over 20 years of financial services experience – informed by deep knowledge of BMO products, investments and account administration.

Jackie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Western Ontario in 1992. She and her husband have two grown children and a yellow lab that Jackie loves walking and spoiling.

Patricia has recently joined the Dell’Anno Group, Patricia has worked in the financial service industry for over 35 years. Patricia’s works with all our clients’ administrative needs. Patricia has earned a BBA from Toronto Metropolitan University.

As a member of the Wealth Management Consulting team, Piero brings together the knowledge and experience of our in-house tax and estate professionals and works with Investment Advisors and their clients to develop sound wealth management plans.

He provides support and direction about complex issues such as retirement and distribution planning, tax planning, cash management, estate and gift planning, transition planning and charitable giving.

Piero has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry having worked for a large, Canadian brokerage firm and Insurance company as a financial planner providing comprehensive planning for their high net worth clients in the area of tax, estate, insurance and retirement planning. Piero has a Business Degree, is a member of the Financial Planning Standards Council, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the CFA Society of Toronto.
