Specializing in portfolio design, Paul has provided wealth management solutions at BMO Nesbitt Burns Toronto for over 28 years and has earned multiple accolades. He graduated from York University with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance, has earned the Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and the Professional Financial Planner (PFP®) designations. Paul also holds an Ontario life insurance license and has completed the Canadian options course.
 
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Paul is qualified to manage portfolios on a discretionary basis. He networks with experienced BMO Private Wealth estate and tax planning specialists and external legal consultants. Collaborating with a BMO Private Banker, he can provide you with creative, bespoke solutions for your everyday and direct banking, cash management and credit needs.
 
Paul has attained the position of Senior Wealth Advisor, recognizing his expertise in family wealth management, and membership in the BMO Nesbitt Burns Chairman’s Council, acknowledging his dedication to serving clients with outstanding performance. Paul leads the D'Elia Wealth Advisory Group, which is committed to helping affluent clients to grow and preserve their wealth. In addition to running a successful wealth advisory practice, Paul is also a mentor who coaches advisors and associates to develop their careers. He was a guest speaker at the 2014 BMO Investment Advisor Chairman’s Club Conference in Edinburgh, Scotland; the 2018 Managed Money Conference in Toronto; and the 2016 BMO Women’s Investment Advisor Conference in Toronto to share his secrets to success in the advisory business, which are to (1) Build a team of experts, (2) Create leverage, (3) Implement a process-driven practice, (4) Adapt to challenges and changes in the industry, (5) Maintain your own energy and motivation, and (6) Strive for balance in your life.
 
In 2021, Paul was honored to make the Globe & Mail's Canada's Top Advisor's list. Paul is married and has two sons. He enjoys golfing, exercising, traveling and practicing martial arts. He is a strong advocate for the Canadian Cancer Society and CAMH and supports many other charities.

Nino is a Wealth Advisor and has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Wealth Management Essentials course. Prior to working at Nesbitt Burns, he worked extensively in sales management for the Information Technology industry. He is responsible for the communication of investment decisions as well as implementing strategies and monitoring clients' portfolios.
Nino has been married for 31 years and has 3 children. His hobbies include spending time with his family and golf.

Ben Weld, CIM®, DMS

We are pleased to announce the addition of Ben Weld (CIM®) to the D'Elia Wealth Advisory Group. Ben has been in the financial services industry since 2005 and has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge over his career. Prior to joining the team, Ben was working as a Compliance Specialist/Branch Manager Delegate at another Nesbitt Burns location. Ben prides himself on his client service abilities, attention to detail, and staying up-to-date on industry news and trends. His passions include, markets, the economy, and helping others prepare for a better financial future.

Outside of the office, Ben enjoys golfing, cycling, squash, yoga, travelling, wine, and spending time at his residence on Toronto's Harbourfront.

Priscilla Radam, B.Comm.

Senior Client Service Associate

Priscilla has been in the financial services industry for over 10 years. She is the primary point of contact and is dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Priscilla is able to transact for clients in securities and options products. Additionally, she is also responsible for the data gathering and preparation of financial plans. Priscilla completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) degree with a major in Finance from Ryerson University - Ted Rogers School of Management. In her spare time, you can find Priscilla with her family and friends. She also enjoys travelling and is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Dunja Lukic, CIM®, PFP®

Client Service Associate

Dunja has been a part of BMO Wealth Management since 2017 and started her career supporting High-Net-Worth Clients on the InvestorLine 5-Star desk. Prior to joining our team, she was a Portfolio Associate at BMO Private Investment Council. Dunja holds the CIM and PFP designations, has completed CFA Level 1, and places great value on providing unparalleled service to Private Wealth clients. She enjoys keeping active and playing tennis, and is a recurring volunteer with the SickKids Foundation and Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
