He brings over 30 years of experience with BMO Nesbitt Burns, where he is responsible for the group’s investment philosophy, portfolio construction, and overall strategic direction. He works closely with individuals and families to design and manage disciplined investment strategies aligned with long-term financial objectives. His approach emphasizes capital preservation, risk management, and thoughtful asset allocation, supported by institutional research and ongoing market analysis. As head of the group, Mr. Bennett provides leadership and oversight to ensure consistency, discipline, and a high standard of service across all client relationships.

Alexis brings over a decade of diversified investment experience, blending rigorous analytical discipline with a thoughtful, relationship‑driven advisory approach. His career spans public‑market research, institutional portfolio analytics, M&A advisory, and private‑market credit underwriting, giving him a holistic view of how capital flows, risks evolve, and long‑term value is created.

A McGill Honours graduate and lifelong investor, he has supported institutional managers, advised on strategictransactions, and led investment underwriting for a real‑estate family office. Earlier in his career, he founded a healthtechstartup focused on streamlining medical appointment bookings, shaping the founder‑centric perspective he brings to every investment conversation.

Laeticia Bennett is an Administrative Assistant based in Montreal, Quebec. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.A.) from HEC Montréal, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations, organization, and client service.

In her role, Laeticia supports daily administrative functions with efficiency and attention to detail. She is known for her strong organizational skills, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Shawn Bennett is an administrative assistant with Bennett Investment Group and supports the team across a range of operational and client service functions.

In his role, Shawn assists with account documentation, client communications, and the coordination of administrative processes. He works closely with both advisors and administrative associates to ensure requests are handled efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.

Shawn is also a student at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, where he is pursuing a degree in International Business. His academic background complements his role within the team and supports his development within the financial services industry.
