What You Can Expect as a Client

Sound Advice: Supported by BMO Capital Markets top ranked research. We identify financial issues that concern our clients and draw on BMO Nesbitt's extensive internal resources as well as extrernal sources to help solve their problems.

A Plan: The relationship with our clients starts with the development of a comprehensive financial plan analyzing their long-term financial and life goals. Each plan incorporates an investment strategy as well as tax implications, retirement and estate planning considerations pertinent to the individual client's situation.

A customized investment portfolio: An investment portfolio plays a key role in achieving long-term life goals. Conservative by nature, we structure portfolios to achieve long-term growth without undue risks. We focus not only on the expected return of portfolio but on managing and reducing risk, working in cooperation with your tax consultant and other experts. Tax consideration and minimization are key components of our investment strategy.

A competitive fee structure: We believe that we can best serve your interests through a fee-based approach. This is the most transparent method of conducting business and you will know before hand what to expect.

Regular and timely communication: We monitor our accounts and investments closely. Every three months we prepare our own Quaterly Review, which reports on what the markets have done, and how our investments are performing; it also suggests a current strategy. At the same time, we send you a proprietary reporting package that links multiple accounts showing both historical values and current portfolio structure.

Risk Supervision: Requirements to be a portfolio manager demand a proven background of experience, education, and training. Your portfolio managers are also subject to some of the strictest rules and regulations in the securities industries.
