Portfolio Manager, Wealth Advisor And Financial Planner

Scott O’Neal leads the O’Neal Wealth Management Team and has been with BMO Nesbitt Burns in Moncton since 1999. Born and raised in Sackville, Scott earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University, where he played on the Varsity Football team and competed for the Vanier Cup in 1991. 
 
Scott is a highly organized, dedicated, and passionate person. He gives 110% to everything he does. By taking a top-down, big-picture, approach to managing wealth Scott helps his clients to shape their long-term goals while taking good care of them in the present. He has the knowledge to employ the right people to streamline the complicated process of wealth management. 
 
Scott has been giving back to his community since 1999 when he started coaching football at Tantramar Regional High School (TRHS). He is known as the most successful head coach in the team’s 48-year history winning five consecutive Provincial Championships. As well Scott coached football for Team New Brunswick and Team Canada. Currently Scott is the head coach of the TRHS girls’ hockey team. 
 
Scott and his wife Christine live in Sackville with their four children – Aidan, Owen, Hannah and John. In his spare time he weight trains, practices yoga, enjoys cycling and golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Judy Dignard, CIM, PFP

An analytical and research-oriented advisor, Judy brings a thoughtful, disciplined and detailed structure to the way our team accomplishes things. She is also personable and authentic, so clients enjoy their conversations with her and she has a gift for building trust and lasting connections.

Guy Despres, BBA, FMA, CIM, PFP

Investment Advisor and Financial Planner

Guy Despres is a dedicated investment professional in the wealth space and has 20 years experience advising affluent investors. With a personalized and strategic approach, he focuses on building robust yet understandable financial plans for his clients. 

Guy rejoined BMO Private Wealth in May of 2022, after working as a Financial Planner & Investment Advisor for Credential Securities for 10 years. Guy holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Financial Management Advisor (FMA®) designations and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universite de Moncton. He has a strong passion for helping people achieve their goals. Guy is fluent in both French and English.

In his personal time, Guy’s priorities are wife and children, spending quality time together and enjoying the beautiful community of Moncton & surrounding areas as a family.

Ashley Montgomery

Client Service Associate (Senior)

Ashley Montgomery is hard working, reliable and has an eye for detail that makes her our client’s first point of contact for questions or account assistance. Ashley has built trust and strong relationships over her 17 years working with us. She is the “client service manager” on our team.

Ashley earned a Diploma in Finance and began working with BMO straight after graduation. Early in her career, Ashley studied through the Canadian Securities Institute to become fully licensed and to earn the title of Registered Representative. She has continued her studies to add a certificate in advanced financial advice and is working toward her PFP designation. Ashley is fluent in French.

Ashley loves fashion, home décor, listening to podcasts and ice cream! She and her husband spend their time chasing after a toddler, a golden retriever “Lily” and a rescue cat, “Hobo”.

Nahed Tlili

Administrative Assistant

Proactive, detail oriented and very friendly Administrative Assistant, who gained valuable skills in her past professional experiences that we know will transfer well to our business and will make her an effective member of our team.

Nahed earned a bachelor’s degree in Language, Literature and English Civilization in Tunisia and then moved to Dubai where she worked in an MEP Contracting company for Eight years and she excelled in her role as an assistant procurement manager by providing general support to the managers and colleagues, scheduling appointments and Performing multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Prior joining our team Nahed worked in another financial institution as a bilingual customer service representative where she made every client feels valuable by listening carefully to their concerns, offering clear and concise explanations and working with them to find the solution that best fits their needs.
 
During her spare time Nahed loves to spend time with her husband and her close friends, read books and watch her favorites tv shows.
