Pierre brings over 40 years of influence, experience and passion to his clients under BMO Nesbitt Burns, helping them feel more confident towards their financial goals. His involvement in various business circles and his keen interest in portfolio management have earned him an unrivaled reputation in the industry. He is among the pioneers of his generation to offer the combination of wealth management and financial planning services in. In order to provide his clients with the best possible advice and guidance, he has been writing his own financial newsletter for over 35 years.

Pierre is passionate about life, and his ultimate goal is to ensure that his clients feel confident about their finances, so that they can enjoy life to its fullest. He takes the time to help them achieve financial security, then shares with them his passion for hockey and football, and his love of music. He is generous of his time with his clients, family and community, volunteering with several foundations, including the Concordia University Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Gemini Foundation. His inquisitive mind, patience, conviction and understanding help him guide his clients towards success and the achievement of their dreams.

Josée got her start in the financial industry in 1983 as an Investment Broker with Nesbitt Thomson Bongard. The Concordia University finance graduate was among the first women in Quebec to earn the designation of Financial Planner and is known for keeping a close eye on the changes affecting the industry. She also opened the firm’s first remote branch in 1989 to better meet the needs of her clients and family.

Josée completed her Wealth Manager training as a way of offering her clients a full range of financial services. She is known for her determination, honesty and commitment to her clients, partners and business circle.

Daniel Lebeuf is a 25+ year veteran of the financial services industry. He joined BMO Financial Group in February 2000 as a Financial Planner with BMO Bank of Montreal, where he held several management positions at the regional level, including Regional Manager, Personal Banking; Manager, Investment Products, Eastern Quebec; and BMO Nesbitt Burns General Manager and Vice President for the Saint-Jacques branch in Montreal and Laval.

Daniel has an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. He holds the designation of Financial Planner and sits on the board of the Quebec Cancer Foundation. He also served for six years as a board member at Institut québécois de la planification financière (IQPF), the organization that governs financial planning in Quebec.

Nicole Dimyan draws on the extensive knowledge and experience of our tax and estate professionals to help our clients put together sound wealth management plans.

Nicole has over 10 years of experience in the accounting industry. Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, she worked at PwC, where she provided internal and external clients with Canadian and U.S. audit and tax planning support.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University as well as the designations of Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). She has also successfully completed the US CPA International Qualification Exam (IQEX).

Hugo Lessard has been a member of the BMO family for more than 20 years He first joined the bank in January 2001, serving a large in-branch client base and honing his financial services expertise. After 10 years as a Financial Planner with the group, he moved to BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2011 as an Associate Investment Advisor. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Laval University and a certificate in Financial Planning.

He strives to ensure that all his clients benefit from his financial planning expertise and a full range of investment products. By getting to know his clients and their values, goals and priorities, Hugo can provide personalized financial planning services tailored to their needs. He also makes a point of ensuring his clients understand the financial strategy in play.

With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Louis is known for his strategic mindset, professionalism, and ability to build lasting client relationships. He holds the Financial Planner and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations, and provides tailored solutions aligned with each client’s short- and long-term goals.
Since joining our team in 2019, Louis has been recognized for his analytical rigor, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence.
As a father of two young boys, he brings a thoughtful, forward-looking perspective to every financial plan he helps design.

Having began his career at BMO in 2001, Steve Mc Cready has over 22 years of financial experience. Providing personalized support to a wide range of clients, his areas of expertise are retirement planning, taxation, wealth management, and estate planning. Always striving to simplify the customer experience, he is known for being an attentive listener and for his clear, professional, and accessible explanations. His professional mission is to optimize financial health for his clients.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Université du Québec à Montréal and he obtained his Financial Planner designation from the IFP. His technical background and passion for his profession have led him to train more than 400 financial planners and retirement specialists over 2 years. He has also lent his voice to radio ads and chronicles in order to share his financial advice with the public. Outside of work, he enjoys the simple pleasures of family time, skiing and golfing.

Simon has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, where he has been with BMO since 2013. Over the years, he has held various roles in financing, banking, and investments, developing a deep understanding of client needs as well as a strong network within the Bank. He joined the team in 2023.

Attentive and empathetic, Simon is adept at navigating complex financial situations and diverse personal realities. He favors a thoughtful, client‑focused approach centered on clear, coherent solutions aligned with his clients’ objectives.

His background also includes entrepreneurial experience, having owned a restaurant franchise at the age of 21. Originally from Shawinigan, Simon has lived or worked in Trois‑Rivières, Quebec City, Montreal, and Nice on the French Riviera, where he completed a year of studies in corporate finance at EDHEC Business School. These varied experiences have helped shape his perspective, discipline, and ability to understand a wide range of life paths.
