Episode 3 - The Hon. Stephen McNeil

Mr. McNeil made the switch from the business world to politics in 1999 and was elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly in 2003. He then went on to be the leader of the Nova Scotia Liberal Party from 2007 to 2021 and won a majority government in 2013 and again in 2017. He has been a major driver of putting the province of Nova Scotia on the map and driving economic progress on all fronts. He also led the province throughout the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, in which Nova Scotia was seen as an exemplary model throughout the country.
