Sylvie has been with BMO Bank of Montreal for more than 20 years, spending several years working in the branch network as Financial Services Manager and Branch Manager. In March 2015, Sylvie joined the BMO Private Banking team and, since January 2016, she has been a Private Banking Manager dedicated to providing services exclusively to BMO Private Wealth clients. Sylvie's vast banking experience and training in financial planning allows her to understand her clients' complex needs and respond with customized strategies.
Known for her level of commitment, she has earned her clients' trust over the years. According to Sylvie, an exemplary service is based on mostly intangible qualities, such as sincerity, solid relationships and respect. Olivier Paquin
Director, Tax Planning
Olivier is part of the specialized planning team within BMO Wealth Management where he acts as a tax and estate planner. His main focus is to assist high net worth clients and their families in reaching their objectives by making complex tax issues understandable, managing risks and identifying opportunities.
Olivier was called to the Quebec Bar in 2012. After completing his master’s degree in taxation, he worked for a well-known law firm based in Montreal where he advised business owners and professionals on a multitude of corporate, personal, and trust taxation issues. He also provided tax planning assistance on many corporate reorganizations, and business transfers.
Olivier joined BMO Wealth Management in 2016. He works in collaboration with professionals at BMO Private Wealth.
Jean Richard, TEP

Jean advises high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals on how to efficiently structure their worldwide, U.S. and Canadian assets, providing specialized insight on tax solutions as part of an integrated wealth planning team.
Relying on over 35 years of professional experience, Jean brings in-depth technical knowledge to his clients both in general planning discussions and when dealing with a wide range of international tax situations, U.S. income and estate taxation, and Canadian income tax.
Jean joined BMO Wealth Management in 2001 after acquiring solid expertise in advising individual clients and business owners with a leading Canadian insurer, a leading accounting firm, and a law firm.
Zeina Khalife

As a Tax lawyer and financial planner, Zeina advises high net worth families, professionals and entrepreneurs on specialized wealth planning solutions. Whether it’s thought leadership on estate planning, new family wealth, tax planning, or philanthropy, Zeina is dedicated to simplifying complex issues and providing practical and informed strategies. Zeina joined BMO in 2011 after several years as a tax lawyer in private practice. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 2001.
Fadia Abou-Nassif, M.Law, TEP, LL.B

Elle s’assure que les documents juridiques mis en place par les clients reflètent leurs circonstances, leurs besoins et leurs objectifs uniques, tout en maximisant la valeur de leur succession et la protection de leurs actifs.
Fadia est avocate depuis 2006. Dans le cadre de son cheminement professionnel, elle a exercé le droit au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats spécialisé en droit des sociétés, puis s’est jointe à des institutions financières à titre de conseillère en services juridiques, de conseillère principale en matière de successions et de fiducies, et enfin à titre de directrice générale, Planification successorale pour la région du Québec, un poste qu’elle occupe actuellement. Ayant à coeur les intérêts de ses clients et de ses partenaires d’affaires, elle accorde la priorité à leurs objectifs et à leurs besoins tout en leur procurant une tranquillité d’esprit.Fadia est titulaire d’un baccalauréat en droit (LL.B.). Elle est aussi membre du Barreau du Québec et médiatrice accréditée en droit civil, en droit commercial et en droit du travail. Elle est également Trust and Estate Practioner, titre de spécialiste en fiducie et en succession (TEP).

Danielle draws on 25+ years of experience within Canada’s charitable sector at regional and national levels to assist individuals, families, and business owners build a successful and lasting philanthropic legacy. In addition to this work Danielle collaborates with her peers to author thought leadership content on a variety of Specialized Wealth Planning topics for use by BMO Private Wealth financial professionals and their clients.
