Ricardo has been recognized on several occasions within the organization for his excellence and has participated in the BMO Star Conference 7 times, including recently 2019 and 2021. Rigorous in his analyzes and rational with his process regarding markets, he develops clear investment solutions that are precise and personalized to the client’s needs. Beyond portfolio management, he also assists his clients in setting up plans to prepare for business transition, retirement and estate planning. Proud father of a daughter and a son, Ricardo believes that portfolio management is like raising a family: "you have to look to the future, not overreact to unforeseen events, plan for and adjust to changing times, and understand the companies in which you are invested”. In his spare time, he enjoys snowboarding and playing soccer with his kids.
