With over two decades of experience in wealth management, he brings a disciplined, thoughtful approach to portfolio construction and long-term investing. His commitment to excellence has been recognized by BMO through multiple selections to the BMO Conference of Stars, reflecting his consistent dedication to client service. Known for his rigorous analysis and structured investment process, Ricardo designs clear, precise, and personalized investment solutions aligned with each client’s objectives. Beyond portfolio management, he works closely with clients to help them plan for succession, retirement, and estate considerations, ensuring their financial strategies evolve alongside their lives. A proud father of a daughter and a son, Ricardo often compares portfolio management to raising a family, emphasizing the importance of long-term vision, resilience in the face of unexpected events, and the ability to adapt to change over time. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, traveling, staying active through regular workouts, and playing soccer with his children.

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Jessica Jolin has been working in the financial services industry for over fifteen years and has held the title of Financial Planner (Fin.Pl.) since 2016. She has also completed the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation, further strengthening her expertise in investment strategies and portfolio management. Valued by her clients for her professionalism, attentive listening skills, and ability to clearly explain sometimes complex financial concepts, Jessica stands out for her capacity to build trust and provide clear, structured, and consistent advice. Her approach is based on a comprehensive understanding of each client’s financial situation. She seamlessly integrates investment, financial, tax, and estate planning considerations to support informed and sustainable decision-making. Her professionalism and the quality of her guidance have been recognized on several occasions throughout her career, notably through her admission to the President’s Club on three occasions as a Financial Planner within a large organization, as well as through recognition by the Institut québécois de la planification financière in 2021. A mother of two, Jessica naturally draws parallels between financial planning and family life—long-term vision, discipline, adaptability, and thoughtful decision-making in an ever-changing environment. Outside of work, she enjoys sports and is deeply engaged in women’s sports, which she follows with great interest for their role in promoting leadership, inspiring role models, and the values of teamwork, perseverance, and personal achievement.

He is recognized for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and approachable style. On a daily basis, he supports the team in portfolio management, market analysis, and financial planning.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Rosamunda supports clients by contributing to the delivery of high quality, personalized wealth management service. She helps ensure a seamless and efficient client experience through accurate account administration, comprehensive documentation, and proactive coordination of client requests. By supporting the advisory team with care, discretion, and strong attention to detail, Rosamunda plays an integral role in facilitating tailored strategies, timely service, and the long term financial well being of clients.

Prior to joining BMO Private Wealth, Ecaterina began her career at Bank of Montreal in 2022 where she built trusted relationships with clients and gained valuable insight into their financial needs. Ecaterina holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and brings a client-focused approach to every interaction.
