Our Team

Colin is the leader of the Brown & Associates Wealth Advisory Group. He is a Senior Wealth Advisor and a Portfolio Manager.
 
From 1980, Colin worked as the President of a family-owned financial services business in Ottawa, founded in 1946. He sold his company to a national firm in 1996 before joining BMO Nesbitt Burns as an Investment Advisor.
 
Colin is committed to continuing education and holds the Personal Financial Planner (PFP®) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations. He is also a Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®).
 
Colin has been married to Marilyn, and together they have three children.

Stephen graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce, First Class Honours degree and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting.

He joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2013.

Stephen holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA), the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP) and the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations. He is also a Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®).

Stephen is married to Hannah, and together they are the parents of Thomas, Keziah and Samuel.

Elizabeth has over thirty-five years of experience in the financial services industry with the Bank of Montreal Group of Companies. Among her bank positions, Elizabeth was the Manager of Investment and Executive Lending, as well as the Senior Personal Lending Manager for Ottawa and surrounding communities.

She joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 1997.

Elizabeth is the mother of two children, Phillip and William.

Jennifer graduated from Tyndale University with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree in Business Administration.
 
After working at a Bank of Montreal branch for two and a half years, she joined BMO Nesbitt Burns at the beginning of 2018.

Jennifer is married to Eric, and together they are the parents of Jacob.

Sue has over thirty-five years of experience in the financial services industry. She started her career at BMO Retail Banking as a customer service representative. After a stint as the Assistant Branch manager, Sue transitioned into a financial service manager to provide financial support to individual’s to meet their goals. Sue joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2007 and has been supported client’s goals to meet their retirement needs.
 
Sue is married to Stephen, and together they are the parents of Vincent and Justin. 

Carole has over twenty years of experience working in the banking industry.

She joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2007.
 
Carole is married to Gord, and together they have two daughters, Renée and Vanessa.
