Andrew Craik, BBA, PFP

Senior Investment Advisor

Andrew Craik loves working with all kinds of people and has been building strong advisory relationships since 1991. He builds comfort and trust, gets to know people’s personal and business lives very thoroughly, and enjoys many referrals from clients who’ve had positive experiences. Andrew has a thorough understanding of strategic investing and a wealth of hands-on experience in this ever-evolving industry. He aims to be your go-to for all kinds of financial advice – if you are buying a house, vacation property or car, getting a loan, or considering other decisions, his door is open.

Before joining our predecessor firm, Nesbitt Thompson, in 1992, Andrew previously worked with another bank from the big 5. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and maintains strong ties to the city and the province. Andrew holds the Personal Financial Planning (PFP®) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. For almost 20 years, Andrew has volunteered for Team Canada Healing Hands since its inception in 2003, which provides rehabilitation education, training and care in needy areas of the world. He has been their Treasurer and has served on missions to Haiti.
Andrew stays active as an avid runner who also enjoys cross country and downhill skiing, playing hockey with his sons Simon and Benjamin, and cycling. He lends an extra set of hands for his son’s football and hockey teams and is a long time supporter of the Fredericton Playhouse. Andrew resides with his wife Deborah and their two boys in the Mactaquac woods overlooking the Saint John River. The family loves boating, swimming off the dock, and travelling.

Leona Donnelly

Administration Associate (Senior)

Incredibly kind and caring, Leona builds relationships easily with everyone she meets. Andrew suspects she wears a cape, because of her gift for swooping in to trouble-shoot complex situations. Leona takes good care of Andrew and his clients in an organized, efficient and proactive way. She manages our team’s IT, answers client inquiries, transfers money in and out of accounts, prepares for client meetings, organizes all documentation, handles scheduling and account administration, and executes trades.
Leona has 16 years of experience in financial services. She has been supporting the Craik Team since she joined BMO in 2019. Previously, Leona held some customer services roles at other big banks. Leona has completed the Canadian Securities, Conduct and Practices Handbook and her Wealth Management Essentials Course with the Canadian Securities Institute. She enjoys learning new things every day.
Born and raised in Fredericton, she values time spent with her husband Colin and daughter Lily hiking, biking and traveling and dotes on the family’s German Sheppard, Luna, and cat, Yao.
