Patrice Moussalli, CIM, FCSI

Investment Advisor

Patrice Moussalli has been in the financial industry since 2003. He started his career, as junior associate, with Berskshire Investment Inc and became fully licenced advisor in 2005. Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, he worked with Scotia bank/securities Inc where he helped his clients achieve their financial goals. His attention to detail, listening skills and empathy are symbols of his appreciation to his clients.
Patrice is Chartered Investment manager (CIM®) designation holder since 2013 and Follow of CSI (FCSI®) since 2017. 

Pamela Lambourne

Private Banker

As one of the dedicated Associate Private Bankers for BMO Private Banking, Pamela acts as an extension for Nesbitt burns advisors. She offers personalized, comprehensive private banking services to help optimize her clients’ finances.

Pamela has worked with BMO since 2006. She has held roles in lending, relationship management, direct banking and financial services. With financial planning knowledge and access to an extensive suite of products and programs, she designs banking solutions customized to each client’s needs, including a wide range of lending services as well as small business solutions. She also offers proactive ideas to help save time, identify inefficient debt and maximize after-tax returns.

Sébastien Laramée

Private Banker

Working with BMO for the past 15 years, Sébastien’s role is to act as a finance contact for our high-net-worth clients. BMO offers a wide range of products and programs through which it provides custom solutions to meet its clients’ immediate banking needs while developing plans to optimize their finances.

Eloise Lachapelle, BAA, F.Pl.

Financial Security Advisor

Éloïse has extensive knowledge and expertise in insurance and estate planning. She works closely with high-net-worth clients, providing them with insurance solutions, tax-sheltered investments, charitable giving strategies, and estate planning solutions in order to reduce their tax burden and optimize the value of their wealth and estate.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UQAM and the Financial Planner designation from the Institut québécois de planification financière, Éloïse has more than 20 years of experience in her field. Prior to joining BMO Estate Insurance Advisory Services Inc. in 2011, she worked for a private firm as an insurance specialist.

Taking an integrated approach, Éloïse works with her BMO Wealth Management colleagues to help customers clearly realize heir personal wealth objectives. Together, we provide a perspective that complements those of the other professional advisors with whom our clients work.

Samir Zehlawi, F.Pl., BBA

Director, Wealth Planning

Samir has over 14 years of professional experience in financial planning and services as well as over 13 years in marketing and sales and has consistently provided high-quality advice and solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

 

Before joining BMO Financial Group, Samir worked for a major financial services institution as a manager in investments and specialty products. Prior to that he was a financial planning manager, a position in which he focused on providing financial planning support to over 20 branches in the Montréal area.

 

Samir graduated from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, prior to which he obtained another bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business. After university, he earned his Financial Planner designation from the Institut québécois de planification financière, completed the Canadian Securities Course, and completed several courses in the advanced graduate diploma (D.E.S.S.) taxation program.
