I am proud to be an Investment Advisor working with BMO Private Wealth – Nesbitt Burns. I have spent the previous six years at BMO Nesbitt Burns working closely with successful individuals and their families, helping them to meet their wealth objectives while mitigating taxes and helping them understand the risks they don’t always realize they‘re taking. Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2017, I spent over 15 years in the investment industry most recently as Vice-President, Regional Sales at BMO Global Asset Management. In that role I was responsible for coaching and advising hundreds of investment advisors across all four Atlantic Provinces on how to better serve their clients. I graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a double major in Economics and Finance. I have a thirst for knowledge leading me to complete the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and I’m also a member of the local (Atlantic Canada) CFA Society. I sought out the CFA designation because it is known in the investment industry as the highest ethical standard.

I was born in Kentville, NS. I lived and breathed all sports growing up but my greatest passion was volleyball. Currently I live in Hammonds Plains, NS with my wife Jen, and daughter Cecelia. I have a dedication to construction and growth that fuels my professional life as well as my pastimes which are currently more focused around my family, landscaping and carpentry.”

Nicole is our Senior Investment Associate, having joined the team in June of 2022. Nicole is well suited to the role as a Private Wealth professional with over 10 years of experience within the financial industry. Nicole graduated from Dalhousie University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management. She started her career serving clients in personal banking before joining BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2015. Nicole has completed various industry courses and holds a financial planning designation (PFP®).

Born and raised in Halifax, NS, Nicole served clients in both Alberta and Ontario before settling in Dartmouth with her husband Corey and young daughter Olivia. Drawing on her education as well as years of financial services and wealth management experience, Nicole is a confident and knowledgeable industry professional whose focus on client service make her an excellent addition to our team.

Erin is the Senior Administration Associate on our team, she will be one of your first points of contact for any client service requests including requests for cash, registered contributions, tax documents and general account information. Erin began her career over 15 years ago in personal banking before shifting her focus to Wealth Management most recently joining BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2019. She is a proud member of the Mount Saint Vincent Alumni after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007. Erin’s passion for continuing education has led her to complete the Canadian Securities Course and the Wealth Management Essentials Course offered through the Canadian Securities Institute. Her focus is on the best possible client experience, and she is passionate about building lasting relationships. Erin was born and raised in Dartmouth, NS where she continues to reside. She is passionate about travelling to new destinations, live music and spending quality time with friends and family.
