Josée got her start in the financial industry in 1983 as an Investment Broker with Nesbitt Thomson Bongard. The Concordia University finance graduate was among the first women in Quebec to earn the designation of Financial Planner and is known for keeping a close eye on the changes affecting the industry. She also opened the firm’s first remote branch in 1989 to better meet the needs of her clients and family.
Josée completed her Wealth Manager training as a way of offering her clients a full range of financial services. She is known for her determination, honesty and commitment to her clients, partners and business circle.
Daniel Lebeuf is a 25+ year veteran of the financial services industry. He joined BMO Financial Group in February 2000 as a Financial Planner with BMO Bank of Montreal, where he held several management positions at the regional level, including Regional Manager, Personal Banking; Manager, Investment Products, Eastern Quebec; and BMO Nesbitt Burns General Manager and Vice President for the Saint-Jacques branch in Montreal and Laval.
Daniel has an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. He holds the designation of Financial Planner and sits on the board of the Quebec Cancer Foundation. He also served for six years as a board member at Institut québécois de la planification financière (IQPF), the organization that governs financial planning in Quebec.

Nicole has over 10 years of experience in the accounting industry. Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, she worked at PwC, where she provided internal and external clients with Canadian and U.S. audit and tax planning support.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University as well as the designations of Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). She has also successfully completed the US CPA International Qualification Exam (IQEX).
Hugo Lessard has been a member of the BMO family for more than 20 years He first joined the bank in January 2001, serving a large in-branch client base and honing his financial services expertise. After 10 years as a Financial Planner with the group, he moved to BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2011 as an Associate Investment Advisor. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Laval University and a certificate in Financial Planning.

Louis completed his Bachelor degree in Finance at Université Laval and quickly earned his Financial Planner license in 2014. After working 5 years in the financial industry in different capacities, he joined our team in 2019 where he acts both as Investment Advisor and Financial Planner. He was able to bring added value to our service offering thanks to his attention to detail and his passion for his work.
He loves passing on his investment knowledge, and his inquisitive nature keeps him abreast of new trends in portfolio management and financial planning. A competitive downhill skier, his favourite recreational activities include cross-country skiing, kitesurfing, mountain biking and golfing. He has also lent his voice to radio ads and chronicles in order to share his financial advice with the public. Outside of work, he enjoys the simple pleasures of family time, skiing and golfing.
