Jeff Hobson, BA, CIM, B.Sc. (Math)

Investment Advisor

Jeff is a Chartered Investment Manager and lead investment advisor on the team. Jeff has two degrees from Queen's University, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Business. WIth over 27 years of industry experience, Jeff has seen many types of clients and situations. Jeff spent most of his career with a large institutional investment firm, working directly with some of Canada's most successful money managers. This background distinguishes Jeff in the level of knowledge and experience he is able to offer clients.

When Jeff is not analysing stock markets or advising clients he enjoys playing a variety of instruments including the piano, guitar, and drums. Jeff has always been a supporter of local charities and has been a title sponsor to causes such as: Make-A-Wish, Ronald McDonald House, London Health Science Centre, Blue Water Health, and Woodstock Hospital Foundation.  Jeff is an avid car enthusiast and loves spending time with his wife and two children. 

Kelly Taylor, BA (Econ)

Associate Investment Advisor

After graduating from Western University with an Honours BA in Economics, Kelly Taylor began supporting Investment Advisors at BMO Nesbitt Burns in 1997. 
 
Kelly helps our clients with all administrative needs. This can include if they need money, change account information, execute trades, open new accounts, or schedule a meeting. Kelly loves interacting with clients and getting to know them and their entire families.

Ellen Jenkis

Administrative Assistant

Ellen Jenkins is a seasoned veteran, with over 20 years as an Investment Representative on Canadian advisory teams. Today, Ellen works two days a week between October and June. Our clients appreciate her stellar service and the continuity she brings to the team.
 
Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Ellen prides herself on providing caring, personal service administrative support and takes on special projects. She has set up an email system that documents our client contact and ensures everyone gets in to see Jeff for a review at minimum, once a year.
