Our Team

I joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 1998, have been a Portfolio Manager since 1992, and have been working in the investment industry since 1987. I’m passionate about everything I do, which is immediately apparent to my clients by the level of dedication we apply to managing their portfolios.

I hold a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, am a Canadian Investment Manager, and a Life Insurance Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns Financial Services Inc.

I grew up in Oakville, Ontario where I graduated High School out of Appleby College and have spent over 50 years in the community dedicating a large amount of my spare time in a variety of community outreach services to help those in need. My wife Heather and I have 5 grown children. With our spare time, Heather and I enjoy golfing, hiking and are avid sports enthusiasts.

Tristen joined BMO Nesbitt Burns and the Geoff Marshall Wealth Management Group in 2023 as an administrative and executive assistant to support our clients and our team. Tristen brings tremendous customer service experience working in fast-pace and demanding environments, and has a strong attention to detail that our clients enjoy. She is outgoing and has a can-do attitude that is evident as soon as you speak with her.

Tristen grew up in Etobicoke, and graduated from Queen’s University with a degree in Political Science. She has traveled extensively, spends her free time camping, attending concerts, and playing a variety of sports.
