Chelsea has been a part of BMO Financial Group since 2018, beginning her career as a Customer Service Representative before being promoted to Personal Banker two years later. Her commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences earned her multiple awards and recognition along the way. 

In December 2022, Chelsea joined BMO Nesbitt Burns as an Administrative Assistant, where she plays a key role in ensuring the team runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing day-to-day operations to supporting client service initiatives, Chelsea's organizational skills and attention to detail help create a seamless experience for both clients and the team. 

Chelsea's interests include board games - she's building an impressive collection of over 90 titles - as well as cooking, baking, and enjoying walks in nature. Her passion for creativity and connection shines through in everything she does.
