A comprehensive financial plan - It is important for us to first understand your investment objectives, timeframes, risk tolerance, and the balance between the need for income, capital growth and preservation of capital.  This leads us directly to the details outlined in a client’s financial plan.  Current net worth and cash flow, savings ability, retirement hopes and dreams, and the steps needed to reach the clients goals are what guide our investment process. The plan is updated annually, or after a major life event, to ensure the plan and the clients goals continue to be aligned. This plan gives great clarity and empowerment, so we know what needs to be done in order to achieve tax efficient financial advice that allows clients to achieve peace of mind.


Regular reviews and communication – This is a cornerstone of our business with frequent and meaningful client communication.  You will hear from us and we will be attentive to your feedback. Face-to-face meetings are a critical component of our service model, followed by periodic phone reviews and emails which are scheduled based on client's wishes. These regular reviews are an opportunity for the client to let us know of any changes in their circumstances.
