Cecil Hayhoe

Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager

Cecil Hayhoe is the founding partner of the Hayhoe Pryse-Phillips Group and brings to this platform over 25 years of background in senior positions with major Banks. After completing his Bcom and MBA, Cecil spent 15 years at Citibank, leaving that organization as a Managing Director and Senior Credit Officer. As well, Cecil focused on the energy sector in a previous role in investment banking with Burns Fry, a predecessor firm to BMO Nesbitt Burns. He also brings to the practice many years of experience in bond, preferred share and equity underwriting with a focus on high yield debt issues.
 
Cecil is registered as an Investment Advisor in Canada. Cecil holds the designation of Chartered Investment Manager and is a Portfolio Manager. He is able to provide option trading. 
 
Cecil lives in mid-town Toronto with his wife and is the father of three grown children. His activities include serving on the Board of the Muskoka Heritage Trust dedicated to preserving shorelines and related land areas on Lake Joseph and in the Muskoka region. In 1996 he also founded the Lake Joseph North Association. Cecil is an avid skier, cyclist, and tennis player.
 

Gwyneth Pryse- Phillips

Investment Advisor, Associate Portfolio Manager

Gwyneth is an Associate Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor in the Hayhoe Pryse-Phillips Group. She co-manages portfolios with the team for Canadian, and international clients which includes traditional large cap Canadian and International equities, bonds and currencies.

Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, Gwyneth lived in Newfoundland and taught undergraduate and diploma courses in business and finance with Memorial University of Newfoundland and the College of the North Atlantic.  She also was involved in various private small businesses in Canada and the Caribbean. She has 6 years of portfolio management experience, received a Masters of International Business from  the Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a Master of Physical Education from Memorial University.  Gwyneth received her Canadian Chartered Investment Manager designation in 2012.

Born in Newfoundland, Gwyneth moved to Toronto in 2008 to join BMO.  She enjoys travelling, skiing, fly fishing, football, tennis and everything to do with the outdoors.
 

Adeel I. Yusoof

Registered Representative, Associate

Adeel joined the Hayhoe + Pryse-Phillips Advisory Group in January 2019 and is the Senior Registered Representative / Associate for the wealth advisory team.

Adeel holds a double major in Biology and Psychology from The University of Western Ontario and was pursing medical school before changing career paths to finance. Adeel has successfully completed his CSC, WME and is now pursuing his CFA designation.

Adeel was raised in Mississauga but resides in Toronto and prides himself on delivering an excellent client experience. Adeel is a proud member of the HPP Wealth Advisory Group and hopes to continue his advisor mentorship under Cecil and Gwyneth for the coming years.

Adeel is an avid reader, a history buff and enjoys cooking. He plays basketball, soccer, baseball and can often be found on the golf course!

Tintin Fuliang

Investment Representative, Administrative Assisstant

Tintin is an Investment Representative / Administrative Assistant for the Hayhoe Pryse-Phillips Group.

Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, Tintin completed his Honors Bachelors of Science double majoring in Biomedical Toxicology and Health & Disease as well as a minor in Psychology. He worked at Toronto General Hospital (UHN/VIRCAN) for 2 years, transitioning from an Outreach Assisstant working face to face with patients to Business Analyst creating performance reports for their partnering clinics as well as a universal patient tracking system.

Raised in Toronto, Tintin joined BMO in April of 2022. Tintin has written the CSC, is on his way to being a licensed representative and has a passion for the financial markets. He is an executive board member of the Hamilton Program for Schizophrenia dedicated to providing the highest quality treatment and services for those suffering from the mental disorder.

Tintin enjoys basketball, baseball, badminton, personal fitness, piano, guitar and music production.
