Plamen Sepettchiev is an Investment Advisor with a deep-rooted passion for capital markets. His commitment to helping business owners, executives and professionals to succeed financially goes beyond investment planning and portfolio management. Together with a team of wealth management specialists and extensive back-office resources at BMO Nesbitt Burns, Plamen delivers superior advice in all aspects of his client’s financial lives. With all client circumstances being unique, he believes that investment advice should be based on gaining an in-depth understanding of a client’s needs and goals.  

Since 2011, Plamen has built and implemented many successful wealth management strategies for his clients. Due to the genuine nature of his client-advisor practice, many relationships have turned into long lasting friendships.  

Plamen has completed a Bachelor of Economics and his passion for wealth management has driven him to complete his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) designations. Plamen is currently in the final stage of completing his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.  

For the first twenty years of his life, Plamen lived in Europe. As a young man he arrived in Canada on his own and was able to build a new life here. Today he is a proud father to his daughter Sofia and son Christopher. He enjoys embracing the beauty of the outdoors and travelling to new and old favourite destinations in his free time.
