Management Team

As a fully bilingual (English and French) member of Private Wealth’s Senior Leadership team, in her current role, Ms. Bouchard (Roxanne) is accountable for day-to-day oversight of Private Bankers, Investment Councillors, Investment Advisors and Directors of Trust, a team offering holistic solutions and customized wealth plans to private clients, endowments and trusts.

Roxanne has more than 20 years of Private Wealth domestic and international industry experience. She specialized in driving and cultivating a sales culture that focuses on delivering an outstanding client experience, each and every time. Before joining BMO in 2018, she held progressive senior management positions with another financial institution.

Lisa has combined banking experience of 23 years. Starting her career as a Financial Services Advisor and progressing into more complex roles including, small business and agricultural banking.

Lisa has now been part of the overall BMO family for nearly 16 years. Lisa started her career with BMO in 2007 as an Assistant Branch Manager Retail Banking and progressed into a Branch Manager role of Ottawa’s flagship location, Capital Centre.

In January of 2022, Lisa transitioned to BMO Private Wealth as Branch Operations Manager of the Carling office. Lisa’s primary role is to support the branch and/or region in achieving business objectives by providing effective operational support and management of sales compliance and regulatory requirements.
