Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute. He focuses his energy on solutions that improve returns, lower risk, reduce fees, and allow clients and his team to sleep at night knowing long term goals will be met.
Ever since he joined Nesbitt in 2007, he has believed strongly in continuous learning and pushed himself to take on new challenges including proficiency in Investment Management, Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Insurance, Options, & USA Resident Solutions. His holistic approach allows clients to know that all their needs will be taking care of, including working closely with the Bank of Montreal to meet Lending, Banking, Tax, and Estate Planning needs.
Mike grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan, spending much time on the family farm near Morse and in his grandparents Hobbyshop in Swift Current. He is a die-hard Calgary Flames Fan and recent convert to F1 Racing. He has two wonderful daughters, two dogs and a wife who makes a work life / home life balance possible. As a family they enjoy spending vacation time in the Invermere area of British Columbia.

Joseph began his financial career in 2011 with BMO Bank of Montreal where he worked in various roles prior joining M.R. Wilson and Associates. He moved to Canada from China more than 15 years go and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Finance. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
In his spare time, Joseph enjoys spending time with family and friends. He and his wife also enjoy hiking, traveling and trying out different cuisines. He looks forward to travelling around the world one day with his wife.
Lei is a seasoned professional in the financial industry, having embarked on her journey right after graduating from university in 2009. She discovered her true passion early on, realizing that assisting clients with their financial inquiries and helping them achieve their goals was where she truly thrived.
In 2019, Lei joined BMO Nesbitt Burns, bringing with her a decade of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining BMO, she worked as a financial advisor at CIBC Imperial Service. Lei holds a Professional Financial Planning (PFP) designation and is licensed for Life, Accident, and Sickness Insurance, further bolstering her ability to provide exceptional client service and tailored advice. With a background that spans both retail banking and private wealth, Lei is well-equipped to deliver personalized guidance and support to our clients. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling her to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
Outside of office time, Lei cherishes the time she spends with her husband and son. They share a love for the great outdoors, often venturing into the mountains for invigorating hiking and skiing adventures.
Kristell joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in December 2019 to support the M.R. Wilson and Associates Team in all their administrative needs. She is French/English bilingual, having grown up in Paris, France. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from York University and a certificate in Technical Writing from Mount Royal University. Previously she gained experience in the finance industry working in the Trust and Estate Department at TD Wealth and in Insurance Planning at CIBC Wood Gundy. When she is not on a cruise ship with her family, try to keep up with Kristell in her bright yellow convertible, or find her in her happy place making crafts or sewing.
