Adam D'Silva

Vice President & Market Leader

Adam D’Silva is the BMO Private Wealth Market Leader for London and Stratford Ontario.
He works with successful Wealth Management professionals that provide expertise to individuals, families, foundations, and corporations. Adam and his team support clients with a broad range of services: investment management, private banking, insurance, goals based financial planning and estate planning.
After graduating from the Richard Ivey School of Business with an Honours Business Administration, he joined a management training program at BMO where he rotated through a variety of leadership and strategy roles with BMO Global Asset Management, BMO Nesbitt Burns and BMO Private Banking. For his contributions, Adam was nominated for the Investment Industry Association of Canada Top Under 40 Award.
Adam enjoys hiking and travelling with his wife, Alanna, and two boys, Caden and Atlas. He is a big supporter of Kids Help Phone and is the BMO Private Wealth National Ambassador for Walk So Kids Can Talk this year. He also loves snowboarding, soccer, and rugby but the bumps and bruises hurt more with each passing year.

Joëlle Mulombo

Assistant Market Leader

Joëlle has joined our Private Wealth, London & Area management team as the new Director & Assistant Market Leader in 2021. With Adam she leads a team of successful wealth professionals who offer comprehensive wealth management services to individuals, families and business owners.  Joëlle has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry with roles in Canada and in Europe. She completed her undergraduate studies and her an MA in Management from l’École Supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand in France where she grew up, and also holds an MSc in International Finance from London Metropolitan University in the UK.

Joëlle joined the Bank of Montreal over 10 years ago shortly after emigrating from Europe to Canada. Prior to joining BMO Private Wealth, she held roles in the Corporate Finance Division as a Bilingual Senior Business Analyst and with Nesbitt Burns as a successful Bilingual Investment Advisor. A champion of lifelong learning and continuing education, Joëlle obtained her CIM® (Chartered Investment Manager) designation in 2020.

Joëlle, was named a WCM (Women in Capital Markets) 2021 Champion of Change for her outstanding leadership as Co-Founder and Co-Chair of BMO’s Black Professionals Network (BPN) in Canada.  BPN Canada which officially launched on October 2018, is an Enterprise Resource Group focused on promoting the attraction, retention and professional development of Black talents at BMO. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends over a good meal. In her spare time, she likes visiting new areas and takes pleasure in discovering new places to eat.

Karen Norris

Branch Operations Manager

Karen is the London Branch Operations Manager at BMO Nesbitt Burns where she leads a team of highly effective Sales Assistants and Associates. Karen joined the Operations team in 2009 after spending eight years at home raising her two sons. Prior, she spent twelve years in retail banking roles in London. In 2013 she joined our management team and works hard to provide a supportive work environment for her team.

Away from work, Karen enjoys yoga, gardening and spending time with her family, often at a rink or golf course.
