John Janovski joined BMO Nesbitt Burns as an investment advisor in January 2014. Prior to coming aboard with BMO, John spent 10 years working as a business financial advisor with another Canadian investment services firm, helping high net worth families manage their business and personal financial affairs. 

John holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Having grown up in his family business  John has great firsthand knowledge of the challenges facing business owners and how to help navigate these challenges. 

John is an avid sports fan and is quite active in his local hockey community having coached a number of teams.

Rick Strutt joined BMO Nesbitt Burns as an investment advisor in August 2014. Prior to coming aboard with BMO, Rick spent 13 years working as a financial advisor with another Canadian Investment services firm.

Rick holds his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations.

Outside of the office Rick is very involved in his local community, in the past he has sat on the board of directors for both Community Living Toronto and Community Living Ontario; he has also presented to various different groups regarding financial planning for families with special needs children. Rick is an avid sports fan and has played on both sides of the hockey boards; active as a player himself and also as coach for his son’s minor hockey teams

Chloe is a Client Service Assistant working out of the Midtown Branch & has been with BMO Nesbitt Burns since 2024.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, specializing in economics, with a minor in finance.

With nearly a decade of experience in the service industry, Chloe has developed a strong foundation in client relations, organization & operational support – all rooted in her passion for delivering exceptional service. Her passion for the act of service and her ability to anticipate needs make her a natural fit for client-centric roles. As the Client Service Assistant for the team, Chloe brings a detail-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit to support daily operations and ensure seamless client experiences.

Outside of work, Chloe is an avid reader who finds balance through her appreciation for the outdoors and yoga. Her enthusiasm for personal growth and continuous learning reflects the same values she brings to the team.
