Meet The Team

Jeff Wilson, CIWM, CFP

Wealth Advisor

Jeff obtained his Masters of Accounting degree at the University of Waterloo and started his career at an Accounting firm in Belleville, Ontario before joining the investment industry in 2005. Having earned his  CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2010, Jeff now uses his quantitative talents to develop tax efficient investment solutions and comprehensive financial plans for his clients.

Jeff prides himself on treating clients like extended family, always working to do what is best for each client and their family.  Working with their internal partners at BMO Nesbitt Burns, Jeff & his team provide comprehensive investment management, Wealth Planning and Estate Planning solutions to their clients.  Jeff is also a licenced Life Insurance Advisor with BMO Financial Services.

Outside the office, Jeff enjoys all things outdoors.  Jeff met his wife Meredith climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2007 and they’ve been climbing ever since.  Recently, they traveled to Alaska and reached the summit of Denali (formerly known as Mt. McKinley), North America’s highest peak.  In 2019, they climbed to the summit of Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Americas.  Jeff enjoys the physical and mental challenges that present themselves when climbing at high altitude.

Investment Associate

As an Investment Associate with the Wilson Wealth Advisory Group, Hania is the go-to person for ensuring clients receive high-quality service along with knowledgeable investment advice. She has been on the team since 2017 and continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to building client relationships while also working on efficient investment solutions. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, and got her start in the field by working at the bank branch level. Outside of work, Hania enjoys travelling, being with friends and giving back to the community. She has volunteered for non-profit organizations, helping build schools in Guatemala and Costa Rica to help give young children more opportunities for education.

Heather joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2021. Heather has a Bachelor’s degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and completed her Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) in 2022. Heather handles all our team’s administrative inquiries. She prides herself on delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring that requests are handled in a diligent manner.

Outside of work Heather enjoys maintaining her many varieties of plants, travelling, & staying active whether that’s playing volleyball at Ashbridges Bay or rollerblading in High Park.
