Gérald Perron, founder of Perron Sénécal Group, has been providing guidance to clients for over 40 years as a portfolio manager and financial planner. Gerald’s extensive experience has endowed him with invaluable knowledge, which he draws upon to help his clients achieve their personal and financial goals.

His exceptional talent, work and leadership have earned him the coveted title of Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (CICF). Over the course of his successful career, he has helped numerous individuals and families stay on course as they navigate life’s major milestones. He knows the importance of aligning financial objectives with personal goals and excels at making it happen.

When asked to summarize his work in a few words, Gérald puts it this way: “Our role is to help you avoid pitfalls and safeguard the capital you plan to take out of your business. ”

A husband and father, Gérald is originally from Bury in the Eastern Townships, where he grew up on a dairy farm. Gérald has always been very actively involved in charitable and philanthropic causes, especially in the areas of child welfare and mental health.

Jonathan joined the team after graduating from HEC in 2001 and became a partner in 2010.

The success of the partnership stems from the fundamental values and vision he shares with Gérald, the founder of the Group. These values—commitment, responsibility and integrity—coupled with a long-term vision that aligns with the Group’s objectives, are the cornerstones of a proven work ethic that fosters the best results over time.

Jonathan knows how to listen and to analyze and understand the needs of his clients in order to provide them with top quality service and solutions expressly tailored to their circumstances. He comes from an entrepreneurial background and is proud to share his talent with entrepreneurs like himself.

A Montreal native and father of two wonderful boys, Jonathan devotes his free time to outdoor and sports activities with his family, winter, and summer alike. He is also closely involved in organizing Perron Sénécal Group’s charitable events.

Avec plus de vingt ans d’expérience au sein d’institutions financières de premier ordre, Oliver supervise l’ensemble du service à la clientèle et de la gestion de portefeuilles. Diplômé de HEC Montréal (baccalauréat en finance), il détient les titres CFA et Gestionnaire de placements agréé (CIM®), attestant d’une rigueur analytique et d’une discipline d’exécution constantes.

Investisseur chevronné, Oliver met à profit son jugement stratégique pour transformer des objectifs patrimoniaux en solutions concrètes, axées sur la gestion du risque, la transparence et la pérennité des résultats.

Engagé envers sa communauté, il est trésorier de la Fondation RÉA et y joue un rôle clé dans l’organisation d’un défilé de mode caritatif, mobilisant gouvernance, coordination et partenariats au service de la mission de la fondation.

Forte de plus de 40 ans d’expérience dans le secteur des services financiers, dont 38 ans au sein de BMO Nesbitt Burns, Caroline met à profit une expertise approfondie et un engagement constant envers l’excellence du service à la clientèle. Au fil de sa carrière, elle a développé une approche professionnelle fondée sur la discipline, le dévouement et le souci du détail.

Organisée, proactive et rigoureuse, Caroline joue un rôle essentiel dans l’administration des comptes et le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes. Son sens aigu du service, combiné à son efficacité et à sa fiabilité, lui permet d’offrir un soutien de grande qualité tant aux clients qu’aux membres de l’équipe. Animée par le désir d’offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle, Caroline est fière de faire partie d’une équipe qui partage ses valeurs de professionnalisme, d’intégrité et d’engagement envers les clients.

À l’extérieur du travail, Caroline est passionnée par les voyages et la découverte de nouvelles cultures. Elle apprécie également le ski alpin et suit avec enthousiasme la Formule 1.

Kimberly s’est jointe en 2025 au Groupe Perron Sénécal pour apporter de la profondeur au secteur planification financière et fiscalité. Elle a plus de 15 ans d’expérience en services financiers et en planification fiscale. Elle a géré d’importants portefeuilles de clients et a développé une expertise approfondie en fiscalité des particuliers et des entreprises.

Elle a terminé tous ses cours de sa maîtrise en fiscalité, et est actuellement inscrite pour réaliser son mémoire. Elle met à profit ses fortes compétences en organisation ainsi que sa connaissance approfondie des finances et de la fiscalité pour soutenir efficacement l’équipe. Elle est titulaire d’un baccalauréat en administration des affaires de l’école de gestion John-Molson de l’université Concordia et détient le titre de planificatrice financière (Pl. Fin.).

Originaire de la magnifique région de Charlevoix, elle est trilingue en anglais, en français et en cantonais. En dehors du travail, elle aime voyager et passer du temps avec son mari et ses deux jeunes filles.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the administrative field, Mélanie brings strong expertise in organization, coordination, and client service. Before joining the Perron Sénécal Group in 2025, she held various roles such as coordinator, assistant, and internal sales representative, always within sales and administrative teams.

Throughout her career, Mélanie has been actively involved in organizing and coordinating events for clients and employees, including recognition evenings, charitable activities, and facility tours. Known for her team spirit, proactivity, and enthusiasm, she is committed to supporting colleagues and delivering an exceptional client experience. She places great importance on client satisfaction and trust—key values in wealth management.

Mélanie is proud to be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team that prioritizes client relationships and portfolio management.

Jean-Christophe began his career with the Bank of Montreal in 2007. He has worked in several areas at the Bank throughout his time here, gaining a wide range of skills and expertise.

Since 2021, Jean-Christophe has successfully leveraged this experience as a member of the Perron Sénécal Group, overseeing administrative management and cultivating close relationships with our clients.

An indispensable member of the team, Jean-Christophe is there to assist you with all your transactions, so you know you can always count on professional and personalized service.

As a recent addition to Perron Sénécal Group, Rilen is dedicated to helping clients navigate financial markets with clarity, discipline, and confidence. Originally from Mauritius, he brings a global perspective shaped by diverse cultural and economic environments.

With more than eight years of experience in wealth management across leading financial institutions, he adopts a strategic, results driven approach focused on portfolio optimization, sustainable performance, and alignment with clients’ long term objectives.

He is currently pursuing the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation to further strengthen his expertise in portfolio management and strategic advisory. Beyond finance, Rilen is actively involved in community initiatives and charitable efforts across Montreal. A strong believer in discipline and teamwork, he is passionate about soccer and table tennis—sports that reflect his competitive spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
