Liz has worked as an Investment Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns since 1997. Liz's success is due to her hard work, dedication and time spent on career development, furthering her knowledge of investing to the benefit of her clients.
Liz has both formal and practical business experience that has led to her success at BMO Nesbitt Burns. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts (Administrative and Commercial Studies) Finance Degree and has since completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Canadian Options Exam and holds a Professional Financial Planning designation. She also is a Life Insurance Advisor with BMO Estate Insurance Advisory Services Inc.
Before joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, Liz gained practical business experience by working for the family automobile business in a variety of capacities, which included managing the Saturn dealership and a staff of fifteen.
Locally, Liz has been involved in many community organizations including her term as President of the Belleville Women’s Sales and Advertising Club and her involvement with the Belleville United Way Campaign (Hobo Auction). She was elected to the Board of Directors of the Belleville and District Chamber of Commerce in 1999 and served as President in 2003. Liz was a founding director of the Belleville Family Medical Centre. She also enjoyed working as Ticket Chair for the Annual BGH Dream Auction, in support of the Belleville General Hospital Foundation.
In 2004, Liz was singled out by her peers for her contribution to the community by receiving first runner-up distinction at the Annual Women in Business Awards Luncheon.
