Our approach can be broken down into five simple steps:
1. Discovery Meeting
Our team considers the first client-advisor meeting to be extremely important. During this meeting we start to explore your opportunities for financial growth, whether in your personal life or within your business. This meeting is also a great time for you to determine whether our team is the right fit for you.
2. Formulate a Plan
Once we’ve collected all your relevant personal or business information, we use it to build a detailed financial plan utilizing tailored investment solutions to address your most-pressing financial concerns.
During our second meeting we present our plan and the benefits it would provide. If you’re satisfied with the plan presented we precede to implementing the appropriate investment solutions.
4. First Follow-Up Meeting
Three months after the implementation process we hold another meeting (either in person or by phone) to review the progress of your investments and make amendments to your plan wherever necessary. During this meeting we also review current market conditions and future changes.
5. Future Meetings
We subsequently hold future meetings throughout the year to keep you informed about your portfolios progress as well as any relevant market changes. While these meetings are advisor initiated we encourage clients to contact us whenever they have a concern.
