Gwyneth Pryse-Phillips

Portfolio Manager, Senior Investment Advisor

Gwyneth is a Senior Investment Advisor & Portfolio Manager. She manages portfolios with the team for Canadian, and international clients which includes traditional large cap Canadian and International equities, bonds and currencies.

Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, Gwyneth lived in Newfoundland and taught undergraduate and diploma courses in business and finance with Memorial University of Newfoundland and the College of the North Atlantic. She also was involved in various private small businesses in Canada and the Caribbean. She has 6 years of portfolio management experience, received a Masters of International Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a Master of Physical Education from Memorial University. Gwyneth received her Canadian Chartered Investment Manager designation in 2012.

Born in Newfoundland, Gwyneth moved to Toronto in 2008 to join BMO. She enjoys travelling, skiing, fly fishing, football, tennis, and everything to do with the outdoors.

Adeel is the Associate for the wealth advisory team.

Adeel holds a double major in Biology and Psychology from The University of Western Ontario and was pursing medical school before changing career paths to finance. Adeel has successfully completed his CSC, WME and is now pursuing his CFP designation.

Adeel was raised in Mississauga, resides in Toronto and prides himself on delivering an excellent client experience.


Adeel is an avid reader, a history buff and enjoys cooking. He plays basketball, soccer, baseball and can often be found on the golf course

Dorota Heath has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry and is a dedicated financial advisor providing clients with a full suite of banking solutions, ranging from day to day banking services to comprehensive wealth management strategies. Through Dorota and the integrated approach of BMO Private Banking specialists and professionals, clients can explore and receive ongoing counsel pertaining to all aspects of their financial wellbeing, specifically related to Banking, Investment Management, Wealth Planning and Trust & Estate Services.

Dorota has been with BMO Financial Group since 2013. During her tenure, she has taken on Leadership roles in Personal and Commercial Banking as a Branch Manager and a Commercial Relationship Manager in the Downtown Toronto Core. Her success in the Leadership and Relationship Management roles was driven by her passion for her clients, and genuine interest and desire to help them achieve their personal, business and financial goals.

Prior to joining BMO Private Wealth in 2018, Adam worked for KPMG Corporate Finance Group, advising private company owners across multiple industries, with business enterprise values ranging from $3 million to +$100 million, on divestitures, acquisitions, due diligence, projections/financial modeling, and business valuations for multiple purposes. Other areas of experience include corporate restructuring and insolvency, financing, financial modeling & projections and corporate audits. Adam’s goal is to develop rapport with clients through open communication, trust and exceptional service. Leaning on his diverse background and experience, Adam provides guidance to private business owners and families throughout Ontario in the areas of business succession, transition, growth through acquisitions, sell-side M&A, and valuations for the purposes of wealth planning and exit planning.

Andy Guidi

Andy Guidi, CPA, CA

Director, Tax Planning

Andy is a dedicated professional helping people preserve and grow their wealth. With an expertise in Canadian income tax, Andy assists clients on business structures, succession and estate planning, owner- manager remuneration, corporate reorganizations, the appropriate use of trusts and holding companies, asset divestitures, business split-ups and a variety of other tax planning strategies.

Drawing on public practice experience, he offers a depth of practical insight, as well as the unique ability to translate complex tax concepts into efficient strategies clients can easily comprehend.

Andy joined BMO Wealth Management in 2014, after filling progressively senior management roles in the domestic tax practice of Grant Thornton LLP, where he developed and implemented tax planning strategies for business owners and high net worth individuals.

As part of an integrated wealth planning team, Danielle is a national consultant who advises affluent Canadians on philanthropy and strategic granting linked to new or existing Donor Advised Funds and Charitable Foundations. Danielle draws on 25+ years of experience within Canada’s charitable sector at regional and national levels to assist individuals, families, and business owners build a successful and lasting philanthropic legacy. In addition to this work Danielle collaborates with her peers to author thought leadership content on a variety of Specialized Wealth Planning topics for use by BMO Private Wealth financial professionals and their clients.

Michael Bach

Michael Bach, CFP, TEP

Director, Wealth Planning

​Michael has over 10 years’ experience helping High Net Worth families across Canada plan for their futures, by understanding what is important to them and creating comprehensive Wealth Plans to guide them, with a focus on risk management, retirement planning, family trusts, complex corporate structures, and estate planning needs. Previously, Michael worked in a boutique insurance advisory practice focused on estate planning and life insurance solutions for High Net Worth professionals.

Michael graduated from The University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. He has a Graduate Certificate in Professional Financial Services and holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®  designation, a Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designation, and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
