"It’s not just about money……’s about peace of mind, choice and independence”

Andrew holds his Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation, is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). Along with providing insurance services, Andrew also incorporates detailed option strategies for clients. Andrew earned a BA in Economics and is a Portfolio Manager.  As a discretionary Portfolio Manager, he has been instrumental in ensuring that the team remains on the forefront of the Canadian Wealth Management industry.
Discretionary management has been a big key to this success as being nimble and decisive is very important in this ever changing environment.
Andrew started in the industry in 1992 with one of Canada’s largest banks. In 1996, Andrew joined BMO Nesbitt Burns to become a member of Keene and Associates.  He now skillfully serves investors through McManus McIntosh Burns Wealth Advisory Group with offices in both Olds and Calgary.
Andrew is known for his visionary ability and having a good sense of humour which makes him fun to work with.  He will tell you he’s just an investment strategist with a talent for zeroing in on detail.  This is an effective combination that Andrew’s clients benefit from when they’re learning how to develop the action-based solutions needed to reach their financial goals.
“I listen to clients, hear their concerns and try to help them to avoid the noise -- to see the big picture”
"I am fortunate to go to work every day, working with an amazing team and being able to help our clients meet their goals.   The partnership I have with clients has been built over time through mutual trust and openness.”
